  • Are you curious about this brand? Like me, have you avoided it for years? Did you use it before and it just didn't work? Did your artist truly understand mature skin needs? I am growing so tired of seeing Seint "Reviews" by "Reviewers" who choose the wrong colors and apply it improperly. You might argue, it's just makeup, shouldn't it be intuitive right out of the package? It's not, trust me.... as a 25 year PRO MUA who chose the wrong colors and applied it incorrectly, there IS a learning curve, but once you learn, this makeup is FAST, EASY, and LOOKS GOOD CLOSE UP! Because we at Mature Makeup Masterclass are the Look-Good-Closeup-Club!!! Welcome!
FREE Color Match: Psst, it's FREE, what are you waiting for?

I absolutely LOVE Seint. As a cancer survivor that went through unexpected menopause in my late 40s, I struggled. My skin was just different. So many people do not not know how to work with mature skin. Michelle does! She is honest about what works and what doesn't but she qualifies it with "not everything works for everyone". I started using Seint in November (ish) and get so many complements how I look like I am glowing. My best advice is to do a deep dive into Michelle's videos - she is a great educator!!

I am 66 years young and can’t believe how Michelle and Seint have changed my whole make-up game. I was with another artist and once I dialed in to Mature Make-up classes, I switched to Michelle… I needed a more savy, experienced educator offering unbeatable expertise for a more “seasoned” face, and I’m so thrilled to have found her! I especially love her honesty, her wit, her tips and tricks and her promise that it’s truly NOT over! I put my face on every day with pride.
BTW MICHELLE IS RIGHT… there’s a learning curve at first, but once one practices a bit, there’s nothing like this cream foundation and Demi if you want the infamous glow that Seint delivers. Thank you so much Michelle for being the voice for the “look good close up” club, based on we women celebrating one another in kindness.

I was color matched by Michelle last fall and I have loved her picks for me in both Seint and Demi. I'm 61 and I feel pretty! Michelle is right, spend your money on good skincare and get yourself this makeup. The cost per wear is so low and I don't spend extra money on the Sephora/ Ulta sales as I don't need them anymore. It lasts forever and Michelle's technique is the best for mature skin! I'm so grateful. I agree with the travel brushes (please!). I've been super pleased with everything I've purchased and the 8 pan cases are wonderful for travel. 😊

At 45 I had to change everything. EVERYTHING regarding self care. In 2022 I found Michelle , Demi/Seint, Menopause Taylor and Jones Road Beauty. Learning curves on all points to say the very least. When I say these women and products changed my life I don’t say that lightly. I had to relearn everything I thought I knew and approach new products and material like kindergarten all over again. Thank you Michelle for educating us and always continuing your education and passing it all into us. A rare gem of a community here ladies….you will need it all someday.

Beautiful! Love your artistry Michelle. My Seint journey has been how I started taking care of my skin. I was terrible with skin care and during the pandemic I decided I wanted to have a faithful skincare routine. So I got the Seint skincare and the Seint makeup. I enjoyed the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer but soon realized my skin needed more help. So I went on a journey and have finally found what works for me. I couldn’t get the makeup to work at first. I realized I had to go 3 shades darker than I was told to go and that my skin needed to be exfoliated before the Seint would look beautiful. Now I LOVE IT! I get compliments on my skin and love traveling with it. I love using your r5 for blush and Bella for eyeshadow. I can highly recommend it for mature skin. I’m 59. Also loved your story about this community and giving people the benefit of the doubt and being kind. Thank you for spreading love and beauty. 🌷🦋

great Seint beginner tutorial! It literally took me 6mos. to get the look I wanted! It was so many things that I had to figure out… the right skincare, no silicone, primer, right brush for the right coverage, placement of products, lighting, good mirror, setting spray and powder. It was crazy! Now it takes me 10 min and I’m out the door! I watched many videos and artists. It was you who helped me the most and I asked Seint to switch to you for my artist. I still have issues with a really dark sun spot that I can’t figure out. Am going to try Demi O3 levels to see if that covers better. I will probably send you a photo to get your opinion. Thanks Michelle❤

I'm 61 yrs old and had my first Dermatologist appt for cystic acne at 12 yrs old. It's been a long challenging journey and left me with deep white scars. I've been with Seint, then Maskara, since 2018. I must say that Seint has been the absolute most awesome for my skin despite my years of acne issues. Very respectfully, I would not put all acne cases in one category to say Seint is not good for those who are acne prone. Seint has done the complete opposite for my skin and I do not look 61 yrs old. Never to seem to be bragging as I share very humbly, I have many people who tell me I look like I'm in my 40's. Seint is so amazing and makes my skin feel so awesome, I feel I've gone back in my younger 30's. Seint is truly amazing even with my oily skin. Seint Creme is a must!! I've been applying my Seint powder eyeshadows as setting powder that blend with my lip and cheek colors. It's truly amazing!! ❤ The powder eyeshadow gives color as it sets verses Vanilla Dust giving a dull matte finish. Again, very respectfully, I can testify to Seint's awesomeness for acne prone and oily skin tones!! My white scars have since evened out and I have found Bare lip and cheek for my final application that covers the white scars giving a skin pigment tone. You've got to love Seint!! ❤

I wasn't sure if I even wanted to start wearing makeup again at 67 years old but I've been practicing and I am starting to really like it now that I'm catching on to how it looks best for me! I was afraid it would settle in wrinkles but it doesn't. There's a bit of a learning curve but really not hard. Have fun with this. You can look very natural if that's what you want! I 100% agree with you that it’s all technique. Demi cannot be applied like regular makeup. It is incredible once you master it however. Undetectable, skin like - flawless!
I personally don’t care for the IIID because I don’t like petroleum based products on the skin - big areas of skin.
I use a tinted moisturizer or light to medium buildable foundation, and Demi. Absolutely LOVE it!
At age 54 I have never found anything like it. For years didn’t even wear makeup, because I despise the look of fake skin. Thank you for all your tutorials!! Amazing

Ive been using Seint for about 3-4 weeks. I have combination/sensitive/Roseacea skin and using .05 Tret every night. So i have hard skin to make happy. Im still learning how to use this make up but i will say im so hopeful with this make up. I live in Houston Texas where humidity even happens in the winter. I used acetane about 20 years ago for acne so im always worried about break outs. Heres what im experiencing so far. I love how this make up melts into my skin. i would say my make up looks better as the day goes on. there is a learning curve but if you watch all the tutorials (i follow serval women on insta an youtube) and try different techniques, finding what works for you this make up can be amazing. i have received complements on my skin since using this make up. you have to be patient. In the time i have used this make up my skin feels softer and i havent had any new break outs. If you can be patient and learn from the experts this can be an amazing product!

I love your honest, non sugary teaching. This is the second video I've seen of yours...and WOW, no makeup can camouflage your genuine, remarkable character. Speaking on the salty lady, who had a rough night (I've been there, too)...almost brought tears. Your forgiving nature and offer of Grace & prayer, combined with her courage to take ownership & apologize the next day...almost made me forget I was watching a makeup tutorial. Your name, Mature Makeup Masterclass, first caught my attention, as I turned another year older last week, and the mirror reflects all 53 of those years. I'm a recently retired correctional officer, and after 22 years of working in an environment where my looks & makeup didn't really matter...I've come to realize my mature skin needs MUCH more help than drug store brands can provide. Thank you so much for your inspirational and informative style. You look amazing and your tutorials have suddenly become a new staple in my 'aging gracefully' toolbox.

Thank you Michelle, I am excited to get my colour match (I just sent mine in). Your tutorials have me interested in make-up again. I am 55 and my skin has changed so much through menopause. I don’t wear much makeup anymore as my lifestyle has changed. I live the mountain life away from the public most days, bare faced with just SPF coverage. However, Seint looks like a line that will suit my lifestyle. Especially when I want to feel more pretty when I go into town.
My stepdaughter is getting married next month which is why I have been looking for tips on makeup. I may not be able to get this line in time for the wedding but I am learning lots about technique from you. Thank you.
I do have a fair amount of soft hairs along my mandible and wondered which device would you recommend to remove the hair. Thanks for sharing your recommendation.

I found my way to Seint about 6 months ago. I am 61 as of two weeks ago and I have always been a makeup lover. Because I was so used to doing things a certain way, it took me almost 4 months to learn how to do my makeup correctly... I had never used cream before. I started with one artist and didn't feel like I was anything more than a number. I did change artists and definitely felt much better. But even with that I still found you and other artists online that made it all seem better and gave me all kinds of different tips. One thing I've noticed is that everyone has a different way of doing every part of this makeup and you really have to find what is best for yourself. Experimentation is definitely the key once you have your colors down. My biggest loves of this makeup are how it looks and the fact that it's all in one place and travels so well. I've watched plenty of reviewers say horrible things and my favorite is the fact that they like downing the word artist. There are only a few actual artists, yourself included, most of the Seint artists specify the word Seint. They don't claim to be makeup artists specifically. I think I've rambled on here long enough but I will end with the fact that it was a tough journey but I'm glad I toughed it out. And you are correct that the key is really the skin care... It makes everything else fall into place so much easier. Thank you for the wonderful videos I do enjoy them and I do learn from them.😊

I’m 44 and have pretty dry skin. I take really good care of it but it totally changed around 43. It’s more splotchy, some texture, broken capillaries 😩. Any foundation I used looked cakey around my nose and made my pores very obvious and tight looking. Since Seint itself about all I ever use. I never skip demi! Mostly I can get away with BB cream and demi with the bronzer and blush. It’s all so beautiful and skin-like. I am a teacher so I apply it around 6 a.m. and it still looks nice by evening. There is a learning curve for sure but it’s FUN to play with! I also did a deep dive of all your videos and studied the tips! I took them to heart and use many things suggested such as the spf, primer and setting spray. I cannot go without my demi, bella bronzer and the lovely blushes! The eye shadows are great too! I would say if you have hormonal acne it still works. I’ve taken accutane twice in my 20’s, but I still have mild hormonal acne and I started using Seint to color correct my under eyes and acne marks in different stages of healing and I have had no issues with it. Definitely wouldn’t have been able to tolerate during my active cystic acne days, but I really couldn’t tolerate ANY makeup during those days.

So funny, the trailer for Hey God it’s me Margaret came on prior to your video starting!
I tried Seint (Maskara)years ago and it was a no go for me . I was in my 40’s and was a full coverage sort of gal.
Tried it again (in my 50’s now) and let me tell you once you learn how to apply it, it’s complete magic. I get compliments all the time on my skin. Matter of fact yesterday I was at a doctors appointment and another patient told me my skin looked so beautiful, she was going to compliment my eyebrows first but she said my skin was so glowy and pretty she had to say something.
I do use a tinted moisturizer prior to Seint. And you are so right, it looks pretty up close and personal. ❤
I need to order some O1 Demi and I need a new blush I just can’t decide which one to get! I would love to see a video of the different blushes from Seint 😊

It took me an entire month to figure out how to put it on properly and took multiple color swaps for me to find what I liked. Fortunately I never had a problem with returns, but it was a hassle figuring out how to do it in a way I liked. If someone is on the fence about trying it, I would recommend maybe picking ONE thing to try (concealer, foundation, blush, or eyeshadow) instead of trying and switching up everything at once…especially if there’s a lot you like about your current makeup.

Im 68 years old. I grew up in Fla and even tho Im a brunette, I have my father's red-head skin, so lots of sun damage. Tried all kinds of makeup over the years, and just never found anything that worked for my hatchmarks and crepy eyes. I got color matched (by another artist who doesn't do Demi) almost a year ago, and I really liked the IIID foundation. But until I found YOUR videos, I just felt I was missing something. Your videos are SO SO SO helpful! I seem to be the same color as you (candlelit and sandy work perfectly) so I ordered the Demi colors you use (ordered them from you). OMG. What a difference!!! Today, I was in a hury so JUST used demi and did light eye makeup and went to see my daughter- she was amazed. I wish I could add a picture to this so you could see how great it looks. I'm totally in love with Seint and Demi. Daughter is going to get a color match from you. Can't wait to see her use this makeup! THANK YOU for your videos!

What I started doing is making the marks, or spots of product, then work on my hair or whatever for about 5-7 mins. It seems to melt better and it definitely blends easier. I was having a problem with putting too much on. Waiting those minutes has fixed that also. Good luck!

The product definitely works better the warmer it is. When your skin is warm it sort of melts the product into your skin. Something else I do is after I apply it I go over it with a stansout sponge and really press it into the skin. Also, I was in the same boat as you and wasn’t in love with it. What I did is I used a little of my old makeup and used a little of the seint and Demi and it helped me transition. I think k we get so use to liquid makeup that the cream doesn’t feel or look the same to what we are use to. Eventually I was able to transition fully to seint and I absolutely don’t see myself going back to liquid or powder makeup. Good luck Janet!

Janet… I’m 67 with the wrinkles and age spots to show for it! It takes time and experimenting with techniques to get “you’re” look. First let me say how grateful I am for your videos and advice. I have been trying to wear seint and just cannot seem to get the highlight color right. Sandy is too orange, Amber and June are way to yellow and candlelight is too light. I love Bella and the Demi and soooo many of the blushes. I have all the brushes and am not an amateur at application. I just wish I could get the highlight color right 😢

    • @AS-qk5ii
      @AS-qk5ii Год назад

I feel the exact same way. I keep going back through all the colours you mentioned. I think June is my best bet. The highlights do tend to lean yellow... I love the blushes and bronzer too. I just use the smallest amt of June and mango for colour correction, almost like Demi - only where I need it. . I keep experimenting with ways to adjust the highlights like using aspen or a contour underneath. Sometimes I have some luck. I haven't perfected it but every time I try to use my old makeup I don't like the look of it as much.

    • @madsquishy3410
      @madsquishy3410 Год назад

The shades do tend to lean a bit yellow, but that's because it's not meant to be like a traditional foundation. It's meant to "highlight" the face and the trick is to get a color that you think might be a shade darker than you would usually go for and put it on very lightly and buff it in. Then by the time you put on the rest of your face (bronzer, contour, blush, etc) it will be all blended in and look very natural. I'm a fair skinned cool toned gal and I use Aura and it looks amazing on me when I'm done putting the whole face on.

One more thing- as I watch more, I think of more to say. I may just be "a lucky one", but my 1st order was a collection. The highlight included could easily replace the one my Artist recommended. That allowed me to try it to find out if I was going to like it and determine what, if any, other colors I wanted to order in the future. And I have definitely ordered more products, but continue to use everything included in my collection. I just wanted to share what worked for me when I got started.

Thank you so much for your down to earth and honest videos! I love them and they have been so helpful! I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Seint until I started watching your videos. I’m 50 years old and post menopausal. I have combo skin. My Seint makeup always looked great once first applied, but then would look awful after a few hours and just continued to get worse as the day went on, but yesterday was the first time my makeup looked amazing all day long! I did not apply any moisturizer or spf🥴 I know I know, but I didn’t have any spf. I usually wear Mary Kay time wise moisturizer with spf, but I don’t think it was playing nice with Seint. So yesterday I just put Elf poreless putty primer on my t zone, Demi under my eyes, Bella and blush. Then I sprayed Seint setting spray on my face and pounced it in with my damp cheap beauty blender sponge then I put vanilla dust lightly on my t zone and it worked like a charm:)❤❤❤ thank you so much!!!

When I first got my Seint order I was upset thinking I had just spent how much for these teeny, tiny tins! I also tried it a couple of times and hated it! I thought what a waste of a few hundred $! Threw it in a drawer and left it.
A few months later watched some RUclips videos. Released I had been poorly color matched. Got color matched again by someone else (sadly neither time by you 😞), got the right colours, and ditched the polka dot method the original artist told me anyone could use, I’m way too old for that! Now I love my Seint and realize the tins last forever!
I do agree that shorter brushes would be fantastic. I need that mirror right by my face. I think a small, retractable lip brush would be great as well.
