Leading medical equipment supplier, Steris wanted to move to a new address in Basingstoke. The companys lease was due to expire on its existing accommodation and it was keen to merge two offices as a cost-saving exercise. Steris had found a new location and was looking for a fit out partner that could undertake a fast-track project. The requirement was to follow a basic blueprint, running in line with the companys other fit outs that had been previously completed in-house.
Office Principles had provided consultancy services in the past and was invited to join at the competitive tender stage. Having successfully demonstrated an understanding of Steriss vision, Office Principles was awarded the contract with the brief to manage a quick turnaround.
