Canada?
Sister there's nothing there....Not trying to discourage you or anything. Actually Toronto and Vancouver are two cities I'll recommend. My only problem is that they get boring with time.
The US is ok. Best places in the US I really loved were California, Miami and Chicago. Miami was my all time fav.
The UK is also ok. London is the only place I'm quite familiar with.
I currently live in Italy. Athought Italy may not be as good as Canada, however having traveled to many destinations around the globe I'd say the places I really enjoyed the most as a Nigerian with 100% satisfaction was the Caribbean. That's the perfect location I'd like to retire in. The countries I enjoyed the most are The Dominican Republic, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Colombia with my all time favorite being The DR and Panama. For me these were my 2 favorite choices.
In case you have any future plans you should try the Caribbean because the climate is very much like back home.
