Fraser was saying that Foreman should not have spoken publicly about those crimes, whilst the Krays were still alive and should have waited until they had passed away. Foreman said in an interview with Bernard O’Mahoney that the plan was to do a hit on the Kray twins, if they hadn’t been sent to prison. I find that hard to believe though.
