Here is the fix worked for me after trying all the tips and tricks on ios 18.
1- Turn off wifi completely.
2- Close App Store running in background.
3- Turn on Cellular Data.
4- Go below and switch off cellular access to App Store.
5- Open App Store. It will ask you to give wifi or cellular access.
6- Go back to cellular and switch on cellular access to App Store.
That’s it. Please let me know if it works.
