Beauty Secrets Barbie has a button in her back that when you press it, her arms are supposed to move. Mine doesn’t work very well, but the intent is so she can ‘brush’ her hair, lol 😄. I love her, she’s one of my faves. Great finds! - Kada 💕

@@RFDeStefano I haven't actually looked to see if there are any near me, but I'm in the Twin Cities so I'm sure there must be at least a few good stores...I enjoy those vintage toy stores. I love taking spontaneous road trips though 🙂
The black shawl that your 1983 Angel Face Barbie is wearing was originally part of 1980 Hispanic Barbie's original fashion. 1983 Angel Face Barbie originally was sold with pink open-toe high-heel mule shoes. That is 1986 Tropical Barbie, and she originally came with only one of the flower bands.
I always loved fashion jeans Barbie! Mine is too shiny but she looks fun next to my Brooke Shields doll lol. Tropical Barbie didn’t come with shoes but she’s gorgeous. I think they only came with one yellow flower trim. I think mine did at least and she was un opened. The dolls of the world are beautiful, I have a few but want Switzerlands and they had a Viking looking one but I can not remember her name for the life of me
Beauty secrets Barbie was my favorite one to play with when I was a child. Mainly because of the long hair and bendable arms. Loved that doll.
