Ones of the things I’ve found that has REALLY helped my classes is lumping some of the positions. I recruit OL with the idea I can change their position to fit the “need”. OLB that are rushers I count as DEs in my defense (4-3). Even slower safeties I’ll look at possibly moving them to LB. With that in mind you don’t have to “reach” for players ever.
