I'm rolling with 3 anecdotes about my friend and how lucky the groom is to be part of her family and how happy he clearly makes her/how loved and well supported the both of them are. I'm on my 5th draft and it's the best I got

If you are looking for tips: The best speech is not read from a paper. The paper should have bullet points to guide yourself but if you don’t keep eye contact, you will lose attention and bore everyone. You should memorize without sounding scripted either. Use anecdotes.
People love them. Relax, enjoy yourself, and speak from the heart.
