Can he take polka dot power? Curious cause he has all those power manipulation immunities. And seeing as he can’t get degen till he throws a special, hoping his immunities bypass the node

No he can’t. Unless you’re in war and use Power start 1 boost

@@GrassHeartsAmora I went and tested this in act 7 and you’re right. You still rate this guy? Pulled him from Titan and he seems pretty forgettable. Very niche.
Just watched the vid again and you starting out saying Gorr is the last cosmic you liked. This makes sense cause I’ve got him as a 7* and he too is absolutely forgettable for me. Glad they appeal to someone.

2nd yes. Your third SP1 is used to reapply

No, the dupe allows him to use his “no retreat” so he can’t move backwards and he can pause degens by hitting into blocked champs. Those are nice to have, but not necessary.
