"I want to be a leader of a tribe." "We grew more in the last 18 months, than in the last 20 years combined." "We have seen more people come to Christ in one year, than in all 20 years combined." At around 55:40 Erwin also states : "I can't read their minds, I can read their hearts." "Jesus tells me things about people in the room." at 56:40 "I try to bring people into the universe inside of me." I knew Erwin in the mid 1990's and these statements concern me about him. "I don't try to preach out, I try to preach in; I try to pull you into the space inside my soul because I know that's where God exists in an undeniable way." These are some strange things Erwin is saying..... It concerns me that Erwin states that he can see inside of people's souls.... -Frank Loaiza

Everything you're quoting is entirely out of context. And who is Frank Loaiza?

Loaiza Cam You are interpreting what he is saying way out of context. He is speaking about the condition of people's souls and targeting the human condition which is depravity. It is very biblical because that is exactly what Jesus did. Jesus always offered an invitation in to follow him, pulled people in by targeting the condition of their soul which effects human behavior. If you notice, Jesus taught in parables to everyone else but explained in detail the the truth of the Kingdom only to his disciples. There is a reason Jesus did this, because He knew that those willing to give up their lives to follow Him would, and those who wouldn't would walk away.

So much ego and so little time. Actually, we can only truly influence so many people at one time. Probably better for most to GET A JOB and start a home Bible study and not use people to annuitize your retirement. Jesus is coming back soon and he gave the example of going out to the highways and bi-ways to invite persons to the wedding feast of Christ. We're not building a kingdom here. If gods in it, it will grow and will take off the way the holy spirit wants it too.

I agree with you although in a odd way I'm surprised I guess. Above this JacobAguilar mentions seeing and knowing a degree of dishonesty. I have never seen or heard of this man but as I started to watch this I just got a bad sense towards this guy. I try to hold that type of thing back and assume the best of people but I'm learning we are suppose to judge people by their fruits. He multiple times rudely stops people correcting them One guy he told his question didn't make sense. The other he flat out tells the guy he isn't asking a question and is talking more about himself and trying to teach vs be taught and they were there to be taught ( I guess by HIM ). Bad feeling about this guy. He talks above saving people and how giant his heart is but that's NOT what one sees when they look and engage this man. Call a duck a duck. This guy is practicing using flattery to control John Burke and he himself only talks about himself narcissistic, I would say so. Where I respectfully slightly disagree with your final statement is it's possible for success in growth of anything, any organization if certain truths are used. Growth isn't a sign God is involved. This is why there are 60 men setting listening to this guy. Whoever he is he must have a big church as others are there to learn to do the same. Yet his fruit was not evident the entire length of video.
Most interesting statement he made was telling how his wife told him he had no business thinking he should be a pastor. She knew it as she knows him. Evidence God does not need to be involved for growth to occur no more then those who do miracles and prophecy in His name yet Jesus says He never even knew them
