I remember finding this video a couple years ago when Jonghyun said on a radio show that the song he listened to when he was down was ‘Hell’ by Wheesung. Listening to this song after his death is painful and startling. I too, knew the deep hopelessness and despair he felt, being overwhelmed with emotional pain and not knowing any other way to stop it. I only thought about it, but he succeeded. I’m still processing my emotions about how this beautiful and talented person that I’ve watched grow over 10 years is now gone. I didn’t know him as a person, but his music lifted me through my dark times. I’m just sorry there was no one there at the end to stop him and keep him safe through the darkness. I’m sorry he felt so down that he felt like suicide was his only option. You did well, Jonghyun.
Just an amazing voice, with so much expression and emotion. So impressed with him.
Why isn’t he recognized more he is amazing! I love his songs and people have to hear them! He deserves to be recognized more

@ByuntaeYoonmin I don't know if anyone ever fully explained, but the reason people keep mentioning Hyunseung (who's from the band BEAST/B2ST if you're not aware) is because he mentioned listening to this song before bed recently. He didn't link to the video, but his fans have/had been kind of worried over his depressing behavior so we wanted to see what he was listening to. That led us here. Beautiful (sad) song, and thanks for the subs!
P.S. as I've seen in a website and using my translator, the sentence you don't get @3:45 is 인사대신 남기고 갈수는 없나요 (the last part > 갈수는 없나요) and the whole thing means "can you leave that instead of goodbye" ;)
