FIAT 1.3 multijet | Timing chain replacement not removing oil pan

Can you replace Timing chain in FIAT 1.3 multijet engine without removing oil pan ? Yes.

Normaly on these the remains of timing chain guide and associated metal debris is in the sump....so its almost insanity not taking sump off....

May be just the pulley

Than you for waching it's great if it helps you. So you have to remove the water pump because its pulley is very close to the front cover and because the pulley and the water pump are one piece you can't separate just a pulley because you will damage the water pump
