It clearly hits way harder, but I think that extra strength in attack ended up kinda ruining it's stamina... When a beyblade hits another one, it tranfers energy via torque, and the more torque the harder the hit. The problem is that the harder you hit, the more energy you spend on that hit, so at each hit L-drago performs it loses waaaaaaay more stamina than usual. That might be why at the 3rd hit or so against twisted tempo the final survive activates. I think the reason why it's torque increased so much might be the fact that final survive is too wide, so there's a lot of weight on the edges, which is where the beyblades meet, and the lack of rubber also nerfs the hability to spin steal. I mean, more weight = more torque overall, but I don't think weight is the problem here since twisted tempo did not have the same problem...
I think if you changed the tip with something else, like extreme flat or a stamina tip idk it would solve that problem, or you could double down on the high torque feature and put a rubber tip on it.
Even though you are right, the stamina loss due to attacks depends on both beys weight. Since l drago is left spin it can’t lose that much stamina in the first place since the attacks push the beyblade in the direction it’s going. L drago purely lost since the defence and stamina of twisted temp was higher, which shuts down attack types
This is why I like getting back into Beyblades. Trying to find the right balance of all the factors to make your optimal Beyblade. I personally want to say Nemesis won because it looked like it was rotating faster than LDrago before being abruptly stopped by the slept out LDrago. Now I kinda wanna see a Metal Nemesis Beyblade.
I like the idea of L-Drago Extinction to follow down the Destroy route. Also allows for the naming of L-Drago Messatsu (which means the same thing in Japenese).
I think a good name would be LDrago Iron Judgement. Which plays on the destroy but give it like a divine and emperor feel that it’s evoking it’s judgment on the people who try to rise against its power. Since he is the dragon emperor after all.
Love the content! Please keep up the good work! Combo is Facebook Metal face bolt Energy ring: aquario Fusion wheel:flash 4D tip:Bearing drive I think this would be a fun little combo to see you to go up against.Love the creativity
I personally think that the Original L-Drago was a unfair, I mean, he was in absorb mode, and using it against another left spinning beyblade is useless; this is because the friction it causes with another left spinning bey when crashing, so thats why is always recommended to use Attack mode in L-Drago Destroy when fighting left spin beyblades. Another point is that in Iron L-Drago the weight is a bit more balance, because the problem with the original one is that the main weight is at the 4D metal wheel on the top, which causes that when the F:S actives it makes that the bey lose some of it´s equilibration.
I love your videos. Specially the beyblade combo videos. It's a really good way to interact with your fans while also showing off some cool beyblade combos
Titan LDrago would be a cooler name if its matches were more dominant, then again you can give that name for Tempo for extra points in alliteration (Titan Tempo sounds sick)
I wish you’d done full metal L drago vs the meteo destroy illegal combo. That was a huge missed opportunity, it basically would have been Synchrome l drago vs full metal l drago. It would have been so cool!
Attack type Beyblade won't really benefit from additional mass because after one hit they lose all their spin, especially after a really good hit. Defence and stamina Beyblades benefit from additional mass in different ways, Defence types need the added mass to stay grounded while stamina-type wheels need the added weight on the outer rim of the fusion wheel to create an adequate flywheel effect ( Like the burn wheel).
In terms of performance, this is definitely one of those situations where more weight/more metal ≠ better performance. The lack of rubber on the Fusion Wheel means that L-Drago has a significantly harder time spin-stealing from an opponent, which - when combined with the destabilizing effect caused by the activation of the F:S tip at lower speeds - means that L-Drago doesn’t stand much of a chance.
I got a name for the new metal L-Drago. How about "Stiron L-Drago". Stiron is a combination of "Stony" and "Iron", which are both different types of meteors. Iron meteors are made up of, well, iron (although they do have trace amounts of nickel, cobalt or other metals-about 5% of their makeup), whereas Stony meteors are, well, make up of rocks is the name suggests.
Twisted Tempo is one of my favorite beys, and the full-metal version looks so clean i love it. I know this is an L-drago vid, but seeing how dominant the Twisted T is just makes me so hapoy
i have a really dumb question what do you think would happen if, Metal vs Rubber. .Energy ring - L-drago 11 .Fusion wheel - meteo .Spin track - left wing 105 .Tip - wave wide defense would it be lost from all the knock back and power or would it be able to absorb the power first? I'm questioning who would win? because i know the rubber bey has a really bad knock back cause of its low weight. but i just think it would be funny to see
8:56 Being heavy isn't all that matters for an attack type. Where that weight is being distributed matters a lot too. In this case, because much of its weight is centralized and lowered, it moves around slower. Even with good weight distribution, once you become heavy enough it _will_ impact movement. This can be observed with the final generation of Burst Beyblades, and even some Plastic Gen attack types. At a certain weight threshold a rubber tip will be required to maintain aggression.
if the mass is too heavy, it'll use up more kinetic energy while spinning, but the momentum in early second is high, it should be in attack mode but in the more stable mass, not inbalance like beyblade always do for attack type
im going through and rewatching the metal series anime and i know this doesnt have anything to do with the video, but Yu and Flame Libra deserved so much more. dude was ridiculously strong and he had a stamina type. its just frustrating cause he shouldnt have been beaten as many times as he was. thank you for coming to my ted talk
This combo is actually possible with actual parts, you use a metal face bolt, energy ring from the destroyer, fusion wheel from meteor, and a metal hole flat with your choice of spin track, the metal tip to make the weight move smoothly around the stadium, and with all that weight will also give this thing heavy attack power, and with all that weight, the knock out will also be very hard for other beys, just be careful of the stamina
I feel that Ldrago should have had rubber added to the fution wheel as well as the energy ring to make it able to apply spin stealing form any right spin Bey
Not possible Since FMLdrago has a huge mass compared to literally every rightspinning beyblade It won't spinsteal , only equalisation will happen And the only spinstealing that will happen goes to the right spinning opponent

Dragon Emperor Destructive Wing Blades: A multi-hit attack done by L-Drago when it gets close to the opponent that can drain stamina, as well as force a stadium out; can be done in both modes; can be executed as smashes, regular attacks, barrage hits, or a combination of the three. Ahhh... feels good typing up special moves again.
I had to rewatch that nemesis battle so many times and l-drago just stopped nearly at the exact same time nemesis did, sadly our dragon emperor still couldn't defeat the god of destruction
I feel the problem with making L-Drago metal is that it really loses its ability to spin steal. The rubber parts are there for a reason, and it was the very same reason Metal Twisted Tempo never won once against that one L-drago build even when it was completely stationary. It works on Tempo because it’s meant to be heavy and unmoving, but L-Drago? I’d think it would be better if you made it 100% rubber instead honestly
I'm not sure if you're still doing the 'trying to beat our combos' videos or not, but I have one for you if you still are. Facebolt: Metal Fusion wheel: Death fusion wheel in defense mode. Spin Track: Gravity Ball Performance Tip: Semi Defense or Wide Defense No zero-g parts allowed when facing it. I've tried this combo against a whole bunch of by other combos and I can't seem to beat it with anything. The only thing that gets close is my L-Drago combo but even that falls short.
It is really cool! How did you make this? I'd like to see a video discussing that topic because for the meanwhile we won't get any new metal beyblades and this might get fun!
The weight difference basically makes it impossible for L-Drago to spin steel. Basically it's getting hit but the hits don't have the weight to push L-Drago to spin to the left faster.
TL;DR: The problem with L-Drago is that the spin track is too massive, relative to the mass of the fusion wheel and energy ring. Whenever the fusion wheel makes contact, the the beyblade is forced to expend energy in the form of recoil, by conserving angular momentum into regular momentum, (through acceleration) which is resisted by inertia. As a result, the rotation speed is reduced in proportion to the angular momentum. There are two ways for the angular momentum to be conserved as a result of recoil. Assuming the axis of recoil is aligned to the axis of angular momentum, the resultant vector will be isolated to their shared axis. Here, the resulting angular momentum is equal to: force of angular momentum - (force of recoil + force of rotational resistance). However, if the axis of recoil is offset from the plane of angular momentum, the axis of the resultant vector is the sum of both the axis of recoil and angular momentum. This causes the centerline of the beyblade to process around it's instant center. The first word equation still applies, however, the procession of the beyblade extends the radius of angular momentum. Extending the radius of angular momentum increases the leverage of the inertia of the beyblade, which increases the rotational resistance. Ultimately the energy expenditure/loss of angular momentum/loss of rotation speed is greater, because of the increased rotational resistance due to procession. This is seen as rapid destabilization and loss of stamina. Because of the mass of the spin track on L-Drago, it's center of mass (axis of angular momentum) is significantly offset from axis of recoil, which makes it prone to procession. P.S: Steelskin L-Drago
Something seems wrong with the F:S on FM L-Drago Destroy. It's like it goes to Stamina mode too soon or, because of the weight it has, the Flat mode can't quite move as much as the OG F:S does. Regardless, good vid, dude.
This Beyblade is insane! Shoutouts to Bench Blade for this insane creation. Still feel like L drago has been robbed in the third round against nemesis. Nemesis was clearly knocked out and bounced against the wall to come back in and win the LAD Battle.
i think you need to swap the tip to ether full attack type, the one that works like a second engine, or the mirror of the current tip and shifts from defense to attack
I mean, the main problem of all the el drago is that they are attack type left spinning Clashing with beyblade that spin in the other direction will generally give less knock back and, while it is interesting for spin steal, it's not really good for attack types The only advantage is on a bigger arena where they can clash more often while spinning in opposite direction and gaining speed... Left spin would probably work the best on defence type to have higher defence and second best on stamina to lower knockout chance against attack type
what about the 2 plastic parts from L drago destroy and meteo L drago, with a W2D performance tip. the spin track could really be anything round for even more lod and balance i personally call this combo souL-drago, the ghost of ryuga. completely spin steal combo
I'd go with L-Drago Darkmatter. Explanation: L-Drago has a history of being sky/weather-themed. Being an evolution, and keeping the show's own ideas in mind, I thought to go with space. Dark matter is a theoretical substance that Black Holes could be made of. Black holes suck things in like how L-Drago absorbs spin. And Dark Matter theoretically weighs *a lot*; much like how the all metal L-Drago weighs more. And for the Battle between L-Drago and Diablo Nemesis. It genuinely looks like a tie. Diablo may have been spinning a fraction of a second longer. But I could be wrong.
I do think the tip was not properly calibrated for the new weight. If it was just a reproduction of the original tip, but metal, it would not translate well for the significantly heavier bey.
It’s a glass canon if it doesn’t get the knockout in the first clash or 2 it loses all strength and momentum especially when being lunched first it’s best hits and most it’s power is almost gone before the next bey is even launched and in the anime it’s supposed to have rubber on the fusion wheel that absorbs contact and steals energy which it clearly no longer has but from what I’ve read the way it’s constructed with the survive tip and the rubber wheel actually makes it worse and don’t work well together on the toy like it does in the anime
I'd call it Metal L Drago, idk it sounds cool. But then you can also go for something a bit more fancy like "Titan L Drago" (Titan standing for Titanium)
Hmm I agree, this bey was a bit unsatisfying with it's performance. Could the next metal bey be Earth Eagle? I can see a new name for it being Cyber Eagle which would be fun lol Besides that, if you'd prefer a beyblade different to the other metal ones. How about a metal Sagittarius or Libra? I'm curious how well a full metal stamina bey will work. *You could use see how a metal Libra works in sand again lol*
What if he still had the rubber on it? Would it be better then? I've been wanting to see more of the wing Eagle combo you did a bit ago! What if it went against that? And also what if Rock Leone had Rock Scorpios tip? Would it be ANY different at all?

I feel like that first round vs Nemesis there was a bit of ill intentions sprinkled with a bit of retribution...
Is the black stadium a good alternative to the clear bb 10?
yes yes yes i just stared watching your videos and this was one of my beyblades as a kid
final survive def kills it a rubber tip would be amazing
actually Ldrago needs much higher spin to properly showcase it's attack as it is more on the defensive side now due to too much weight
I feel like you should add final drive to it and it will smack a bit harder
An omega dragonis evolution would be cool
I remember I fused Meteo L drago and Gold L drago and it was full metal it was so heavy tho
Can you do pre-evolutions for MFB beyblades that don't have any. Diablo Nemesis pre evolutions and an evolution and a pre evolution for Hell Kerbecs
"LDrago Apocalypse"
Should be the name considering the evolution is Lightning to Meteo to Destructor, the next one would be Apocalypse
Reason is?😶
Samurai Upper, CWD Defense Ring and Grip Flat Core
It’s a glass canon if it doesn’t get the knockout in the first clash or 2 it loses all strength and momentum especially when being lunched first it’s best hits and most it’s power is almost gone before the next bey is even launched and in the anime it’s supposed to have rubber on the fusion wheel that absorbs contact and steals energy which it clearly no longer has but from what I’ve read the way it’s constructed with the survive tip and the rubber wheel actually makes it worse and don’t work well together on the toy like it does in the anime
I kind of want to see it a full metal Diablo nemesis
I'd call it Metal L Drago, idk it sounds cool. But then you can also go for something a bit more fancy like "Titan L Drago" (Titan standing for Titanium)
Hmm I agree, this bey was a bit unsatisfying with it's performance.
Could the next metal bey be Earth Eagle? I can see a new name for it being Cyber Eagle which would be fun lol
Besides that, if you'd prefer a beyblade different to the other metal ones.
Heavy Met-L-Drago feels like a fun name.
Eddiehh I love your vids, but I wanna know are you gonna make an evolution to dark cancer please?
