Vietnam is definitely booming. The cost of living is more expensive than KL. Rental is high so is property price. It is young county with still very high percentage of young people unlike countries like Japan Taiwan Singapore even Malaysia that already going to aging counties. It is a nice place for business venture as flocks of Korean and Chinese are here to stay.
Even though the traffic appears to be chaotic but it has a certain pattern. The traffic still nice unlike if it happens that one traffic light break down in kl you will be in stand still.
