I just got funded with TradeDay.. wondering how the payout process works. I haven’t found the answers on the site but if you do make $500 on the first 2 days and then request a $500 payout what happens to your drawdown? Do you then lose the account?
I believe they need you to build a cushion of what your profit target is first. So if your profit target is $1,000 then they’re going to need you to build a $1,100 plus cushion and then it’s available for withdrawal.
My only issue is the customer service with these firms. Trade day has a google number on their website that goes right to voicemail. The customer service is only email. I don't understand how companies operate like this. Am I the only one thinking this is odd?
Yeah. I just think none of these companies have the standing capacity for cash centers. But it might go to that in the future hopefully similar to real futures brokers.
Hi PAVT, do you know which prop firms offer EUREX as a trading instrument? I only trade the bund but it doesn't seem like there's a lot of options out there for Eurex traders ;(
✅ Get 20+% Off TradeDay funding, lowest profit targets, no payout restrictions using code PAVT: tinyurl.com/PAVTTD
They're great and the best for me.
Can a Canadian citizen use this too?
I’m pretty sure yes.

Depends on account size. But $500 is not that much to liquidate you. You would have a bigger buffer as the end of day drawdown is bigger than that.

Not sure. I would assume you'd have to go with a Europe based firm like FTMO or something.
