I've also managed not spend money and I think I got some of the rare weapons already also have to mentjon the combat.. the combat feels like it's a devil may cry game it's really good. Overall this game is a great mobile game.id recommend

Bro carx street is playable offline just turn on ur data or wifi for the loading screen and wait until ur in the lobby and turn ur data or wifi off
the problem is, if you dont have any internet at all, you cant start the game so its still counted as an online only game.
