তারল্য সংকটে স্থবির ব্যাংক বহির্ভূত আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান। ঋণ বিতরণ বন্ধ বেশিরভাগ কোম্পানির। গ্রাহকের আমানতও ফেরত দিতে পারছে না অনেকেই। ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক এবং বিশ্লেষকরা বলছেন, সুশাসনের ঘাটতি এবং অসুস্থ প্রতিযোগিতায় সংকটে আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান। আস্থার সংকট এবং খেলাপি আদায় করতে না পারায় চরম আকার ধারণ করেছেন তারল্য সংকট। নীতি সহায়তা ছাড়া ঘুরে দাড়ানো সম্ভব নয় বলেও মনে করেন তারা।

যে সব ব্যাংকে আমানতকারীদের অর্থ ঠিকভাবে বিতরণ করতে পারে না, যাদের ঋণের ৩৩% ঋণ খেলাপি হয়ে যায়, সেইসব ব্যাংকের পরিচালকদের স্থাবর-অস্থাবর সম্পত্তি বিক্রি করে আমানতকারীদের অর্থ ফেরত দিতে হবে, একইসাথে এইসব ব্যাংক বন্ধ করে দিতে হবে।

* get money from bdsh aborad workers
* sale of rice fish to foreign
* sale of bd compay to foreign
* give gold to foreign bank get loan ..return gold after some years( it work in few countries)
*sale local company to foreign..
