Did you think converting a FWD sump to a RWD application was straight forward or a pain like this?
Pain in the butttt. I feel bad the ammount of tig work rhys has done for me
@@benvickridgeYea there is a lot of Tig work in stuff like this!
Seen at heathcote on the trailer today... definitely a unique build, I'm impressed!
Thanks for coming out and checking it out 😁
Talk about "out of the ordinary" this things gonna be fckn different indeed, great effort fella's.
Haha thanks mate! We are too special to be ordinary 🤣
Blowing air into the sump was genius 👌
Cameron does have his genius moments from time to time 😜
That was a new tip for me, very ingenious
Glad you found it useful 😁
Bronson is not going to fire you Wombat! Your the best worker he's got. 😅
Well done though. 😎
Agreed! The other worker is indeed quite lazy!
Charlie goes alright on camera👍😂
Not bad for an old fella 🤙
My ears got bored. But my eyes enjoyed the fab work 😁
Cheers. Fab work is what we are best at. We are amateur video editors
Hope you HARDASSSES are sorted & ready to race. Wishing you the best of luck & have fun doing it.
Cheers mate. Unfortunately, we didn't make the deadline. The datto will be at the track for display though 😊
Very impressive sump construction Cam. Loved the show ... again.
Thanks for the kind words John!
Three certainties in life, death, taxes and welding "experts" telling you where you went wrong. Enjoyed the update and Good Luck with getting to the start line, hopefully everything is on track.
Haha! Ain't that the truth!
Much appreciated 🙏
Well done Bloke!
Cameron goes alright for an old fella!
@house-ofhoon I'm surprised it was even almost straight after all that! I HATE welding used castings..
A clamp here, a clamp there and every finger and toe crossed seemed to do the trick!
Used casting definitely suck!
@house-ofhoon ALL the clamps!
Great work as always .
Greatly appreciated mate! 😃
I still enjoyed watching the process well done mate
Cheers mate!
Great job
Thanks mate 😁
Fave 12s for 2k build
So different to just a barra swap
Cheers mate. We are having fun building something unique 😁
Loving this video series, it’s the “Bogan, Project Binky” I have been searching for.
Thanks for the kind words mate. Im not sure if we can fill binky sized shoes, but we will give it a red hot go!
As an eggspurt internet qualified welder I can confirm I would have done everything the same as you with the sump. Will now hold all the oil required for a 12!
We appreciate your eggspurt opinion! 😁
FrankinSump
Very cool stuff guys.
Cheers mate! The frankensump matches the rest of the frankencar!
I would say big effort, well done
Cheers mate! Was definitely a lot of work!
Fair effort Mr Wombat!!
The old wombat goes alright ay!
Here's hoping the Hiroshima screamer stays together 😂
🤣🤣🤣 we've got everything crossed!
The service sticker isn't optimistic.
So did you run at Heathcote?? The world needs to know 😊
Unfortunately we didn't get it finished in time. Cameron took the datto down there on the trailer though to let everyone take a look at where it's currently at
