A 1pound dumbbell rebound catch may be paired with a weighted zercher squat extreme slow in order to send information to the brain / body on how to communicate full body in a specific way. The next exercises may be organized for different communication - all to improve neurological coordination for readiness in sport and life. And day to day varies depending on readiness. People just grab some pieces and don’t realize how his full system is employed.
