The lower tier cards like the Boundless are often worth the annual fee for the annual certificate. Since the Bevy and Bountiful require $15K spend per year to get the certificate, they are not worth getting for most people.
I'm betting at least 50% of applicants will cancel or downgrade after year one. The're like 15,000 better options to spend $15K on. An easy fix = a 50K free night certificate.
My thoughts exactly. I know a few people who would be willing to pay $250 for a 50K free night certificate but not spend $15K on a card in addition to pay the annual fee.
