  • RobbSolo is back for 2024! The old content is going to be going away soon, and fresh stuff is in the works! It has been a year, moving back into my townhouse after it being a rental for 10 years, and things are improving by the day! I recently upgraded my kitchen adding a whopping 10cu. ft of freezer space, and after watching several ‪@ButcherWizard‬ video, I have begun cutting my own meat from the bigger primal cuts. The ‪@SousVideEverything‬ have been massively helpful in learning about Sous Vide.
    When I broke my last prime NY Strip, I cut some smaller & thinner steaks, which would be perfect for breakfast or lunch size. at around $6.00 a pound the smaller (about 1/4 pound steaks) are a perfect replacement for just grabbing a bag of burgers, and they are even better if you are carb/ sugar restricting.
    In this video, I take a thin NY strip, and flame sear it on my air fryer tray. It turned out great, and you can easily get your self a good cut of meat from fridge to fork in well under 5 minutes. Delicious!!
    The propane searer also has multiple uses in #camping & #overlanding as well, as not only can you pull some steaks out of the fridge, and get dinner done quick, the torch is also good for starting charcoal & camp fires as well!
