I have a good friend who has a disability and can no longer work (she has enough work credits to retire). She had to not have health insurance for 25 months......25 months. What the heck? She also was denied SSDI three times before she could take them to court. The judge ruled in her favor with two years of backpay, but she still can't have health insurance and was told SSA would work the backpay. They do not want everyone to have health care. Lies.
