@Tiltitup90 The Chiefs 3 interior linemen? Are the best in the league. Both of their tackles though? Bottom 5-7 in the league. Where does most pass rush pressure come from in football? The edge. Their tackles are going to get Mahomes hurt before the playoffs. Watch....
Even as a 9ers fan, I'd rather talk about a dynasty trying to do something unprecedented, than listen to how unbelievably sh*t the cowboys are on every conceivable level 😂 I've never seen a team get more press for losing, in my entire life.
Brou, Josh Allen DID have a touchdown last week! It was on the ground and was a play few quarterbacks can accomplish so please be accurate. Running touchdowns should always be included in the statistics considering a quarterback’s running game is a major part of the modern NFL for many teams.
I’m a chiefs fan. I’ve been watching a lot of mahomes football. Every year his defense is bad, he is mvp caliber. Every year his defense is good, he is not. He plays exactly to the level to win, so if this becomes a shootout I have no doubt mahomes will at least play great, he might not win, but he will play great if it’s a shootout
I honestly don’t know how the Bills are favored this weekend with some of the guys that have already been ruled out. Should be an awesome game between 2 top 3 QBs
Because home teams are often 3 point favourites in terms of Vegas betting odds. Who cares what Vegas thinks but that has always been how it is. Don’t know why people are upset over it. They are playing the #2 seed who’s 8-2 who are also at home and undefeated at home this year. If the game was at Arrowhead the Chiefs would be favourites.
Gotta stop giving Mahomes ALL the credit for the Chiefs success. Especially these last 2 years. Man, stop! Btw, Buffalo is gonna win by at least two scores on Sunday.
I really hope we (Bills) don’t win this one and save the energy for the playoffs with healthy players. Playing disguise, gives opportunity to expose their weaknesses as well
I get that Lamar is unfairly maligned very often, but after nearly being unanimous MVP last year (with the one voter that did not pick him getting harassed for doing such) with mediocre passing numbers, and leading hands down the MVP race this year despite not even leading his own division AT WEEK 10 OF THE SEASON, I don't wanna hear anymore about how "underappreciated" he is. The dude is correctly rated, not underrated nor overrated.
Dude, everyone not a ravens fan still thinks Burrow is a better qb than him and Lamar has beat Burrow like 7 - 1 his whole career. Yall still put Burrow and Josh Allen above Lamar. Yall underate him.
this underdog stat is cool but literally has nothing to do with the actual football when it’s just some people placing their bets on who they think is gonna win which is why the stat exists
I disagree, chiefs are undefeated, this team has basically prevented you from reaching SB, BTW they're undefeated, and if you're bills you know you're going to have to beat them to advance in playoffs

He won’t use that same argument for the Ravens though when the first game of the year against them was against the Chiefs. Until the regular season is over the only records that matter is the record of the day they play. For some reason after the Bills play a team they are no longer considered good.
I remember the Steelers going 11-0 in one of BigBen's final years. How'd that go for them? LMFFFAAAOOO...The Chiefs have been in SIX 1 score games. All while only scoring 30 points once, in their last game... O, yah, the Chiefs also have the 10th easiest schedule. Pretty convenient.
Yea... unfortunately for you... the Steelers weren't the Back to Back Superbowl Champs... with the best QB in the game... best HC in the game and #4 defense in the league😂
@ForsakenWar why would that be unfortunate to me? Assume much? No, the Steelers didn't play 3-4 extra games for multiple years in a row. BUT, they did squeak out multiple close games and once the good offensive teams started figuring out their D, they got smoked. With such an easy schedule ESPECIALLY on the back half, they're going to be praying they don't get uh high flying offense in the Divisional round. 😉

I like how last year the narrative was pushed that the stats don’t matter if you are the #1 seed. Now that Lamar isn’t the #1 seed they want the stats to matter again. Nick isn’t entirely wrong they are willingly to bend a lot of things for Lamar to get his 3rd MVP.
Last season Lamar won because non of the QBs were outstanding and Lamar had the first seed. This year Lamar is playing at a level that is heads and shoulders above everyone else and it's not even close. Burrow is the only competition but it looks like he will be disqualified since his team might not make the playoffs and the fact that Lamar owns him.
@@Ineedrentmoney I dont know how people aren't getting this. Who else played at an MVP level year? Maybe C Mac? But as far as QBs, no one really had a great season. That's not the case this season. Burrow's record is what will keep him out of contention even though he's playing lights out football.

That’s essentially what Mahomes is this year because of the nonsense pushed last year.
I think if Mahomes actually cared about the MVP he would actually go for it. As Nick and a lot of chiefs fans have been correctly saying, Andy Reid and Mahomes are using the regular season as practice to see what works and what doesn’t. The only reason they are doing that is because they can.
Chiefs fans if they receive anything less than 100% praise all the time from absolutely everyone and absolutely everyone says they're 100% guarnteed to win. "Nobody at all ever believes us. Ever. Everyone always doubts us. We're bigger underdogs than 1980 US Hockey."
Mahomes led his team to 27 points... Lamar led his team to 20 points... so.... Ravens offense also had 74 plays to the Chiefs 50 plays. Chiefs avg'd 7.1 yds per play... Ravens avg'd 6.1 yds per play... See kid... stats are a little more nuanced then you thought👍😅
Lamar missed two TD throws at the end of the game that would have won the game. And that was before the very last play that was out by a toe. So yea, he play great (and he is of course a great QB), but he didn't make the play when it was most needed.
Home teams usually get 3.5 points. The fact that the chiefs are only 2 point dogs actually is very respectful. They’d probably be 5.5 point favorites at home
It’s all haterville. I’ve accepted it =people hate to see us shine. They will never diminish what we have. We are a dynasty = probably the greatest team EVER!
I realize there are hours and hours of air time to fill, but my God, do I get sick of all the MVP talk that literally starts in the preseason. The only thing that matters is winning games.
This is the game the chiefs won’t have the refs on their side because they will be conflicted. They both love the 2 QB and they know the world knows the chiefs to lose so they gone help their second fav QB.
Mahomes isn’t close to playing MVP level. They have a great defense and team all around that doesn’t make him MVP. Lamar, Allen, Burrow, Hurts all have better numbers and all are leading more dynamic offenses.
@ForsakenWar considering the entire bills team aside from o-line and rbs has injuries, I'd respectfully disagree that it's a LOT lol. Bills have lost full use of 3 receivers in 2 weeks bud
😂 Now I get it! Just like the Sisterhood. The NFL wasn't going to give Tom Brady everything, they saved the undefeated season for their man, Patrick Mahomes. 🫢 oops 🤣👍Jerry Jones 3-peat
I just don’t get the emphasis of an individual regular season award over winning. Jackson is the MVP as it stands if he loses to KC that award is a door stop to me.
Yea cause Mahomes and the Chiefs are the only team w/ injuries...lol look around everyone's got injuries....How did Rice get injured? Tell your qb to stop throwing int's and taking cheap shots at knees and he still has his #1 wr. Mahomes himself bent Rice's knee the wrong way and you complain about injuries...laughable.
Mahomes isn't doing anything that defense has carried the chiefs all season dont act like mohomes has been playing great when he literally had more picks than pass tds till a week or two ago dude
As a Rams fan, Mahomes has been terrible this season and whether the Chiefs win or lose this week, Josh Allen is ahead of Mahomes in the MVP convo, it’s ridiculous we are even having this discussion rn, I guess maybe the refs can rig the MVP for Mahomes like they rig the Super Bowls for him!
Wildes we need your help. Nick is a Mahomes guy, Brou is a Lamar guy. For the sake of balance, turn a blind eye to your Boston roots and become a Josh Allen guy. This show doesn't hype him up enough. 44 touchdowns last year, 196 total touchdowns in the last 4.5 years (30 better than 2nd place Mahomes, and over 50 better than the next guy after that). Singlehandedly carries the Bills offense, lowest sack rate in the league, leader of the team with 600+ point differential over the last 5 years. Give him the flowers he deserves.
Mahomes saying the chiefs should win every award by default regardless of stats if they go 17-0 is such a Homer take, if Brou made that take for another he’d be going crazy
I think people don’t realize the chiefs style of play is to chew the clock and play efficient offense, let the defense do their job. Mahomes obviously doesn’t have the eye popping numbers he used to have, but he’s also getting less possessions per game and he’s being less aggressive with those fewer opportunities. However, I will say the Chiefs do struggle in the red zone. If the Chiefs could just finish drives and stop settling for field goals they’d be winning these games by a lot more.

@@TheCephalon It depends on the betting patterns people have. People root against dominant teams, and probable bet against them too much. Setting the bills as favorites probably covers the case when the bills win, they Will pay less money the greater amount of people Who bet for that case
So I guess you're a billionaire, because you bet against Vegas all the time
We all know these are practice games for the Chiefs. Nothing else matters once January rolls around.
except paying off the refs
Yup
They are part of the Og playoff teams
...GO Chiefs! 🎉💥♥️🍻
No way Nick said Mahomes deserves MVP if they go 17-0. Mahomes needs to seriously light up the score board these last 7 games to even be in the convo. Meanwhile Lamar is putting up numbers that are better than what Brady, Manning, Rodgers, etc were putting up and gets no credit for it. Dude is on pace for nearly 50 TDs and only like 3 ints. Thats absolutely insane
@@goldxphoenix98 Mahomes threw for 50 touchdowns and well over 5000 his first year as a starter. Lamar isn’t on pace for 50 touchdowns. He’s got an incredible QBR that’s historical but what Lamar will get in touchdowns and yards this year is still less than what Mahomes averages since he been in the league. He’s having a great year but this is first year as a passer that’s somewhat credible. He still has yet to pass for more than 4k, only threw for over 3500 yards once. The year he threw for 36 touchdowns he barely threw for 3,000 yards…
Last year Lamar won with 24 TDs and fewer than 4k passing yards (and the rushing numbers were decent, but he wasn't even the best "running QB" that year) on the back of his team winning 13 games and his defense embarrassing the other "MVP contenders" in head to head matchups.
By that same token an hypothetical 27 TDs, 4k yards Mahomes on an 17 wins team is a lock. Heck, if the Chiefs win 15 games and he has 28-30 TDs and 4.2+k yards it's also virtually a lock
@@Underwood_5what’s that yap sesh got to do with the mvp conversation
@ they’re saying Mahomes shouldn’t be in the conversation @ all. I disagree.
@@Underwood_5 ok but that means mahomes deserves mvp this season how? I said lamar is on pace for almost 50. Last i saw it was on pace for 48ish tds. But regard Mahomes he does not deserve to be in the race right now and anyone who says otherwise is too blind by his past accomplishments. Mahomes has not played at an mvp level this year. Thats all it is
As a Chiefs fan, I can not tell you how little I care about the MVP award. No one else really does either, not a whole lot of MVP parades are being held every year.
As a Bills fan, if allen wins the MVP award, cool. but the superbowl is all that matters. MVP award is turning into a pro bowl nod with how much its a joke. Lamar deserves it this year but we will probably just end up seeing Mahomes vs Allen again in the playoffs
I know that the Ravens lost that game versus the Chiefs but Lamar outplayed Mahomes in that game. He had nearly 400 total yards and no interceptions.
Fax I looked at the stats right after nicks response about him outplay Lamar .he threw it a lot but he did not throw a pick like mahomes did
🤦♂️😅That's your problem kid... you equate 'outplayed' to stats...
Lamar led his team to 20 points... Mahomes les his team to 27 points.... so who 'outplayed' who?😅
Then turns around and loses to the raiders 😅
@@ForsakenWar Lamar outplayed Mahomes. Mahomes is an active legend, but it's fair to say he ain't playing better than some other QBs.
@@ForsakenWar Your question has a painfully obvious answer that you somehow managed to ignore. The Chiefs outplayed the Ravens, that's who.
Lamar can outplay the opposing QB while still losing, because it's a team sport with 45+ players on each team. The Chief's defense did a better job at containing the Raven's offense than the Raven's defense did at containing the Chief's offense. That's how football has always worked.
Nick only caring about the MVP if Mahomes has a chance and then discrediting it when Lamar is clearly gonna win it, make up your mind
Lmao. Nothing about Lamar last year was MVP. Nothing.
@@bsmith8943that's last year wut bout now?
It'd be different if Mahomes was lighting it up week in and week out. He's not. His defense is holding teams under 20 points pretty much every single game. Mahomes can play bad and they still win. That's not most valuable in my opinion. If Lamar or Burrow play bad, their team is getting routed
@@bsmith8943ummm he literally beat every contending team down the stretch and put up great numbers while doing it, and no other player separated themselves from the pack, Josh Allen had 20 turnovers last year, your not an MVP with that many turnovers, point blank, Peyton Manning won a MVP with similar numbers and nobody was crying about that
@bsmith8943 he's talking about last week when nick said he doesn't think the nfl mvp holds much historical value.
Oh i see now. Each of the 3 times the chiefs couldn't score a TD in the redzone, Mahomes was just trying to get Butker some reps.
Well, he does seem like a nice young man.
💀
Who's perfect? But, you know, practice MAKES perfect.
Denver does have a good defense too. Many are sleeping on this. What was unexpected was Bo Nix playing well.

The reason for the current disrespect is at left tackle. They have to shore that problem up or Manhomes is in trouble.

i’m sure you’ve been saying this 2 years now
@cooper_4420 Yes.
This is my suspicious as well. Folks are betting are assuming KC's wins this year are more luck than Mahomes prowess. And I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but you can't fault people for perceiving reality.
I'm tired of the Bills beating up on the Chiefs they've won 3 times recently the only time the Chiefs win is with a coin toss or a missed field goal. P*****y Ball !
If mahomes had Derrick Henry, zay flowers, mark Andrew’s and laramy tunsil at left tackle he’d be destroying it.
Kelce, Hopkins, hunt/Pacheco ain’t too shabby
@Tiltitup90 The Chiefs 3 interior linemen? Are the best in the league. Both of their tackles though? Bottom 5-7 in the league. Where does most pass rush pressure come from in football? The edge. Their tackles are going to get Mahomes hurt before the playoffs. Watch....
Laremy Tunsil protects C.J. Stroud in Houston. You mean Notre Dame Alumn Ronnie Stanley? Lol😂
tunsil don’t play for the ravens
I know they’re the best team in football but listening to chiefs talk all the time is draining
Cry about it lol
I went 30 years of disappointment year in year out losing in the playoffs till PM15 got here and I all for it
Sports shows only talk about chiefs, cowboys and lakers. I’m surprised you’re now getting bored of it
Even as a 9ers fan, I'd rather talk about a dynasty trying to do something unprecedented, than listen to how unbelievably sh*t the cowboys are on every conceivable level 😂
I've never seen a team get more press for losing, in my entire life.
But if it was your team, there would be no comment. Make hay while the sun shines.
Brou, Josh Allen DID have a touchdown last week! It was on the ground and was a play few quarterbacks can accomplish so please be accurate. Running touchdowns should always be included in the statistics considering a quarterback’s running game is a major part of the modern NFL for many teams.
We learn from First Things that only Lamar Jackson's running stats matter. Nick disregards Josh's running stats every time he brings up stats.
Most valuable player not team
Only one player is ruled out
You get 3 points for being the home team. They're not favored
There not favored you get 3 for being home don’t be dense

Gotta stop giving Mahomes ALL the credit for the Chiefs success. Especially these last 2 years. Man, stop!

No way Buffalo wins. And this is coming from a Bills fan. If Amari Cooper plays then maybe
@@sprawlz6466 yup

Agreed. If anyone, the last two years should go to Jones. Jones has been carrying Mahomes on his broad shoulders.
I really hope we (Bills) don’t win this one and save the energy for the playoffs with healthy players. Playing disguise, gives opportunity to expose their weaknesses as well
Brou: a great game would be 2 passing TDs and 2 rushing TDs
Jalen Hurts: am i a joke to you?
I honestly don't care about being undefeated. We want that 3peat. True season dosen't start tell playoffs.
If memory serves, the two teams with perfect regular season records didn't win SBs those seasons.
@bigdongbob838 Miami won the SB when they had their perfect regular season, Pats lost in the SB when they had a perfect regular season.
Why not try both? That would cement KC as one of the greatest dynasties in NFL history, beyond even the 90s Cowboys

As a chiefs fan I totally agree, need all to get through the game healthy.
I disagree, chiefs are undefeated, this team has basically prevented you from reaching SB, BTW they're undefeated, and if you're bills you know you're going to have to beat them to advance in playoffs
Bet $500k on the Chiefs then if your so sure....Go Win half a million dollars if it's so easy Nick ! Plus the Bills don't have their 3 best receivers

For some reason after the Bills play a team they are no longer considered good.
Nick is Wright if they go 17 and 0 with the season schedule they had 👀 they definitely would deserve every award
No they wouldn’t
As a Steelers fan don’t remind me lol
@tankeater You kids are cute... every season you get your hopes up... every season the Chiefs crush those hopes...🤣

It appears as though YOU are manifesting these fantasies. LMAO
Nick said it, these teams ‘play by different rules’
Nick’s nose is looking crazy in the thumbnail
Allen smokes those total TD numbers
I like how last year the narrative was pushed that the stats don’t matter if you are the #1 seed. Now that Lamar isn’t the #1 seed they want the stats to matter again.
Nick isn’t entirely wrong they are willingly to bend a lot of things for Lamar to get his 3rd MVP.
Yes Nick makes good point I was never in the stats don't matter camp.. Lamar is playing mvp worthy this season, not last.
Lamar and Burrow are playing the best football at the QB position and there's a huge gap behind them. Burrow's record is what will keep him out of contention even though he's playing lights out football.
@@soda8736 The MVP has always been a stat based award until last year. Now the same group who preached the stats didn’t matter want them to matter again. It’s hilarious.
@@Ineedrentmoney Saying no QBs were outstanding last year is such a lie lmao. All 3 guys had way better stats than Lamar outside of rushing.
#1 seed shouldn’t mean you get gifted the MVP for having mid level stats. Lamar didn’t lead the league in anything but rushing. That’s essentially what Mahomes is this year because of the nonsense pushed last year.
17:17 Kevin Wildes missed a "I don't like it, I love it" moment 🤦🏽
I think if Mahomes actually cared about the MVP he would actually go for it. As Nick and a lot of chiefs fans have been correctly saying, Andy Reid and Mahomes are using the regular season as practice to see what works and what doesn’t. The only reason they are doing that is because they can.
Let's go chiefs 💪🫡

i wouldn’t say that, people are just so eager to bring them down or appoint someone else as better than them for no reason lol
I think it's ok to say a team could lose 1 regular season game.
tell me why last year they were underdogs every playoff round after the wild card
@ of course it is, but to have them as underdogs is foolish
Nick KEEPS saying Mahomes outplayed Lamar in game 1. Lamar threw for 270 1td, ran for 120 and Mahomes threw for 291 1td 1int. Am I missing something.
Goff for mvp... that dude threw a perfect game and has had multiple games with almost perfect passer rating and he's not selfish...
I agree but 5 int game probably moves him out of contention for mvp.
Well he threw 5INT on Sunday. Nope
If the Chiefs go, 17 and 0 Patrick Mahomes should get the MVP in my. Opinion I hope Mahomes wins on Sunday
Respectfully to Nick, Vegas does NOT have a “blind spot” to the chiefs

Well the chiefs are 4-0 when this games referee is at the helm.
Mahomes isn’t close to playing MVP level. They have a great defense and team all around that doesn’t make him MVP. Lamar, Allen, Burrow, Hurts all have better numbers and all are leading more dynamic offenses.
It's only disrespectful because the bills have so many injuries. Their offence has been better than the Chiefs this year.
🤦♂️😂Chiefs have a LOT more injuries/missing starters then the Bills.... lol

They failed to mention purdy threw 5 interceptions in the game vs ravens. That probably has more to do with him losing mvp vote than losing the game.
Mahomes saying the chiefs should win every award by default regardless of stats if they go 17-0 is such a Homer take, if Brou made that take for another he’d be going crazy
0 TD, 2 INT, 1 Rush TD. Don’t leave out the touchdown 😭
QBs "beating" each other is so silly. The QBs never play each other. They play the opposing defense.

Pssst. JuJu Smith-Schuster is playing in the Bills game....
What if Mahomes 3 peats?
