🔝 The most delicious vegetable casserole! My children are simply thrilled with her!
A vegetable casserole is a dish made from a variety of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, onions and others. It can be cooked in the oven or in a pan.
To make a vegetable casserole, the vegetables are cut into pieces and fried in a pan until golden brown. They are then placed in a baking dish and poured with a mixture of eggs, milk and spices. The casserole is cooked in the oven until tender and served hot.

The ingredients:
1 zucchini
Salt
vegetable oil
Onion
carrots
3 mushrooms
Bulgarian pepper
Salt
Mixture of peppers
3 eggs
Salt
pepper
50 ml milk
2-3 tablespoons of flour
Cucumber herb
tomatoes
70-100 gr mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180° for 20 minutes
