I think he miss the point of his own video, in Italy you can find specific sandwiches with italian twist, the same for other country, he should have tryied those.
Well ordering every item specific to a country (italy in this case) would be very informative and good for clicks but on the other hand a massive waste of food because it would be to much to eat and i guess we all dont want that right 🧐??? Regardles this design of McDonalds is kind of standard in all of europe and doesn't say anything about the price because they have to be at least a little bit of a competition to regular restaurants with very good quality, design but still quite affordable food.
Mcdonalds in italy is pointless... you can eat better food for the same price almost everywhere else... in 40 years i ate at mcdonald twice. And i found it disgusting. Only for turists or kids.

Personally in Italy I like the Burger king chain better.
Also very good is the Kfc chain for chicken.
