Fallout 3: How to successfully kill Anna Holt without losing any karma.

so i discovered this by accident. i was doing a positive karma run and noticed i'd lose karma when killing Anna Holt, so i got pissed and shot her leg. Funny thing, when i later proceeded with the game, i saw goo on the floor, and it had HER loot. so i loaded an auto save and yes, she gets killed by the other soldiers when she runs away. beautiful
