Congrats man! I was in BMT with Sam. He put me on your video through a post. Those of us that have worked were just tired of doing the same old same old. I had to sacrifice my beard. I’m bald to and my boss used to call me black beard. Such a sacrifice! 😂
Yeah I did the DEP program it was pretty much you meeting with people who’s also about to leave for basic but what I did is I didn’t cut my dreads until like 2 days before I was leaving for basic 😭 even tho they already cut your hair on the second day there I didn’t want them to mess up my whole head cutting them dreads off
You made the best decision of your life. Make sure to take advantage of everything the Air Force has to offer. Crush your CDCs. Use every CLEP and DANTE to complete your CCAF degree. Keep applying to the Air Force Academy until you turn 23. Use your VA housing benefit to purchase real estate. Use up every dollar of your GI Bill. And whether active duty,Guard,or Reserve, make sure to get at least 20 years, and secure that pension.
@@FamousChris i signed up on the Air Force website and the recruiter called me and said I gotta get to 180 for my height I’m at 188 rn but I can call him back and start my process when I’m 10 pounds near my needed weight so I can really call him rn but I wanna to get lower then 188
@@thentic7622 fairly decent odds as long as you say that your skin is sensitive and hurts while having to shave every day . I can't promise that everybody would get a shaving profile but the odds are pretty good for a large portion of males who ask the doctor for one and I have heard of one guy getting one even in basic training
If you can get load master that’s the best job to travel in my opinion I’m trying to switch over to that! I’m security forces! And the process was smooth I talked to a recruiter in June and got shipped out in August

I met my recruiter in June and I left in August!
@@FamousChris ok so about 3 months i want my process to be fast aswell. you took the asvab twice ?? So the wait was not to long to take it again, nice
What jobs do you recommend, i dont have my ged but i seen that you dont need them anymore from what i looked up
depending on what job you want, many jobs require a GED and even a highschool deploma
Gotta take that asvab test too n see what jobs you qualify for

Appreciate it! I heard a lot about using that VA to purchase real estates 👀 I need to get on that
Can you teach us tips on how to past the asvab
Check out my latest video! I talk about tips on passing the asvab
Where is more money could earn in the army or common job in USA?
?
Did you join with asthma cause I got asthma but I played sports all my life and I ain’t really use my inhaler
Well I don’t have asthma but you might be able to get a pass since you played sports but I’m not 100% sure
@@FamousChris u think I should tell the recruiter I got asthma?

How’d you get a shaving waiver?
Shaving profile when you go to sick call and tell a doctor that shaving every day irritates your skin. More common with black males than other groups.
@@golfery5119 so I’m African American what do you think the odds are of me getting one?

Team 3 🔥💪🏽
Can you ask your recruiter for the shave wavier?
Sadly no you gotta wait a couple days while in BMT and say you want to make a appointment to get a shaving wavier
What job did you get bro? I’m trying to see if I can get loadmaster unless you know any other job that travels a lot. How long your process took?

Mostly black people get shaving waivers
How was u able to keep your beard
Got that shaving wavier as soon as possible but when I first got to basic they made me cut it off
