Clint having reduced foreswing suits him a lot since he is a Gunslinger after all. This might be the best buff they did for him because his burst is faster than before.

If you use Ultimate when he has low HP, the Ghost will also have low HP This Revamp putting him in risk but at least he have more way to heal himself. Also when the ghost die, he only get slowed and not having that nasty 1.5 stun followed by 90% slow effect for another 1.5 second of original Hanzo

I have mixed feelings regarding Chang'e's adjustments, on the positive side, it's good that her enhanced basic attack is permanent. However, the negative side is that she lost her permanent shield and movement speed boost, that shield has helped me a lot from avoiding death not gonna lie.
“Permanent Shield” is too much to maintain if you ask me. Because other supports/spell/others heroes skill does not have permanent shield. Such as Hanabi, Esmeralda, Uranus, Aegis, Diggie, Mathilda, Harith, Rose Gold Meteor and much more. Don't forget Chang'e now have CC and permanent enhance basic atk, skill 1 and Ult.
Perma enhanced basic attack and skills + AoE CC is really good for her early and mid-game, as that's the weakness of currect Chang'e, weak early-mid + no CC skill. Sure she become a bit squishy but her offensive capability is enhanced.

2:00 its was a tactical thing to decide where to leave hanzo main body when ulting. Now they removed that decision option. His body not being able to be attacked may make him strong but it will not be much fun. And also going after his body when he is in the enmy wasa good way to counter him. A totally unnecessary revamp.
Would've been more balance for Hanzo's skill to he like this: First Skill: Enhances next basic attack, dealing extra HP-based physical damage to ANY target it hits. If his stack is full, it deals true damage. If the target is a creep, his sword will gobble it. *-Why this?-* This means he'll need to get up close and personal with the creep when invading in order to eat it. It makes Hanzo players less likely to want to invade, especially when solo. Current Hanzo can just cast first skill as he casually passes by a target creep. 2nd Skill: Same as this original, but with an added effect. There will now be an inner-circle in this skill where creep/enemy hero targets hit within it will be stunned. Additionally, Hanzo can press the skill again to teleport. *-Why this?-* Without his ULT, Hanzo is a sitting duck. He deals little damage, has low defense, and has no mobility. He also gets debuffed when his ULT form dies. Chang'e is way overtuned if she's meant to be a Mage Marksman. The only other Mage MM isn't close to being as good as Chang'e in their current state, much less after the revamp

Honestly, chang’e rework feels like nerf because the movement speed and shield was quite useful . Like you are in low health you need to run quickly or when facing lethal ignition use shield to protect or other splash damage etc.

This Magic bonus was added in all the way back when Endless Battle used to give both Physical and Magical damage, then this was removed (we're talking, like, 2019) but it was never changed for Clint, despite being useless and despite him even getting a revamp since then. When they first revamp hanzo a few patches back he was almost perfect, all they need to do is just allow for his shadow to return to his body after it died, now for some reason they decide to change the human 2nd skill to a little dash with small projectile thrown, What is this? Such useless change

i find him bad against tanky units, considering that his skills are cooldown base with little mobility, he can easily be picked.

Honestly, chang’e rework feels like nerf because the movement speed and shield was quite useful . Like you are in low health you need to run quickly or when facing lethal ignition use shield to protect or other splash damage etc.

Very nice adjustments to my man Clint, but his Skill2 STILL has Magic Power scaling for no reason at all and they haven't fixed that in over 5 years.
And why would it even matter? It's just a 2nd skill it doesn't even have any damage after all. You're crying for everything

This Magic bonus was added in all the way back when Endless Battle used to give both Physical and Magical damage, then this was removed (we're talking, like, 2019) but it was never changed for Clint, despite being useless and despite him even getting a revamp since then. It has no reason to still be there.

Thirds, Endless Battle used to give, other than it's current stats, +25 Magic Power and +300 Mana, which in February 2019 was changed to +25 Mana Regen (later nerfed to its current value) and +10% CDr.

When they first revamp hanzo a few patches back he was almost perfect, all they need to do is just allow for his shadow to return to his body after it died, now for some reason they decide to change the human 2nd skill to a little dash with small projectile thrown, What is this? Such useless change
