I have dunked my Air75 in water TWICE in the last week. They are bulletproof. You need to recover that thing since you have a Mavic. Get a thin rope and tie a strong small magnet to the end of it (other end to the Mavic's body) and do some surgical precision to get the magnet to attach to the magnetic motors. A typical Mavic can carry a payload of around 250-350 grams. I have lifted a Meteor75 Pro off of a roof before. YOU GOT THIS! *Once you get it out douse it really good in Isopropyl to get the minerals and nasty water off of it and dont plug it in until you dry it out in front of a fan overnight)
@@chunkit78 lol na. I mean, it really depends on the environment the whoop is in. This one looks like a super easy recovery though. I had large radio tower antennas and everything surround my Meteor when it was on the roof and I still got the job done. Yesterday, I had to hover my Mavic over water just like in this video. Can’t fly scared
@@chunkit78 na, youll be fine! if you want to test if the duct is magnetic just test with a fridge magnet first or use a hard drive magnet with bits that stick out to stop it from clamping to the bottom!
Not sure I would risk a Mavic to rescue a tinywhoop. Can you borrow a Neo or better yet use a cheap toy drone like Hubsan for rescue missions? It is only worth as much as one tinywhoop. Mavic is so expensive in comparison. Either way. Good luck and nice stickwork.
@PolDee187 thanks very much, ive put out a few vids with upscaled amazing analog, but thats something else, brilliant picture! Thankyou🙏🫡♥️ Here is an edit if you have time, this is jb pheonix 2 and rush tank sollo ruclips.net/video/6QkpFo9IFII/видео.html
at least you could find it. mine fell into a creek after hitting a branch near it i've went under many times before. its clear water and not highly raging, it should have sank and sit ion the bottom and been easy to see. got waders, waterproof camera on a pole, underwater viewing rc boat, flashlight, goggles, many drenched clothes and shoes..still nothing a month later 😤😢. i know its toast, i just would like to have it located at least
@@chunkit78 lol are you kidding? are you completely blocked on roof access or having someone who does have access try to get it? I'd just put 10 ft line and a fishing hook on that drone you were using to find it and dip and hook onto it. Of course it has to be large enough to carry the wet drone or you'll have 2 stuck but if it's like a mini 3, it should be good enough. or strap a cheap vtx pointed down onto a bigger one that maybe doesn't have such a gimbal.
it's probably fucked, you could salvage some parts from it for a future one (but not the electronics). anyway i would just get in contact with security to let me on the roof of the building instead of some fancy hook drone setup which most people dont have
@@Sleeperknot you'd be really surprised the magic that can happen with these little electronics. Unplug battery, clean very well with isopropyl & qtips, see what happens.. i've had vtxs short circuit and stark throwing flames out, flight controllers that have taken a few swims, and ive "ruined" a board with corrosive plumbers solder and after i clean it up with isopropyl alcohol and some fresh solder all those components I mentioned are still running.
We need the rescue video!
I was thinking about doing that too but i am also afraid my mavic will end up swimming together with the air 65 😂

I like how everything that has electronics that can fly is able to find water
🤣🤣
Nice analog footage 👌🏼
Great vids, great fly ! Bud bad luck... I know how you feel like, i lose a Meteor75Pro Walksnail after hit a branch and fall in a stream ... 😢

MAJOR BUMMER dude! 😢
Oh noooooo... The entire flight was perfect though ! RIP little quad !
Lesson learned: DO NOT FLY THE BATTERIES TOO LOW.
@@The_Master300 lesson learned 😅
oh no!! hang a little magnet from the mavic!
That's the cleanest analog ever. What cameras in that, my friend? sorry to see the ending!😢
I second that because I got the Air65 too. The quality is just top notch. It's betaFPV CO3 cam

DOH! Sorry to hear! I'm always afraid of this happening when I dive buildings.
It was too much fun until this happens 😂

At least you gave it a good death! Hey man, when you're diving that building, were you throwing yaw spins into the dive? SICK
Yes was trying to do a yaw spin and end up dropping into the water
@@chunkit78 love it man. SBang whoops!
Thats some insane Analog quality. Whats ur goggles/ antenna set up?
Fire freestyle tho, i feel your pain lol
You can get it
Why did u keep doing the same trick after the first time 😅
Ojojojojooooj !
Gutting 💯
Can't you fish it out with a hook and other drone or there is no point beacause it is fried from the water?
maybe is salvageable at least some part, the battery isnt very strong and was with little left

only parts reusable would be the frame and the propellers, may be the motors too

What video system do you use
obviously analog
@ sorry
no bro it’s okay i didn’t mean to be mean 😭
Analog video recorded by eachine ev 800dm goggles

you should definetly climb up there for the lipo in water
the lipo is definitely inert by now. it would have died over night. doesnt pose any danger like that honestly.
Lol it alrdy low battery but you keep flying it

It's still swimming on the roof 😔
