Dan. The system takes you to 3.5% credit card first!! I have used SDTTC for years and never been so confused. I called the help line and was told it was closed to protect county workers. Lousy customer service, as expected. It is a shame!!
I've been paying by e-check for several years, but the system is acting like I can't choose the free e-check option today (10/22/2021, about ten days EARLIER than the due date! I can find no info on this website or even on a Google search, about whether it is permitted to pay the bill before the due date, or how to do it. NOT the way to go, chargers! Sharron Sussman, Julian

There is an error in the system --- try again later. I guess it is a part of the "easy pay system".
Any body else having trouble with this system? My address isn't even recognized!!!
