    It's pronounced "Say-LAWN" (Ceylon). Already put in my coffee. Popular in coffee in Mexico.

    You are pronouncing, "Ceylon" incorrectly... please look it up. Otherwise, very nice video.

      Be careful. Saigon cinnamon (scientific name: Cinnamomum loureiroi) is a type of cassia. Cassia is a term used to refer to several species of cinnamon, which are different from true cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum, also known as Ceylon cinnamon).
