Hi Ramone. It's your Brit (Ex Military) subscriber from across the Pond. Happy Xmas & I hope 2023 brings you & family all the best of health, wealth and fun for the New Year. I hope you career keeps building on the foundations you have already built and your young family enjoys a safe 2023.
On a previous video you mentioned tyres and having to change them soon. Wanted to relay a personal experience I've very recently had.
After 18 months from 1st ordering and paying a large deposit, I (We) received my Wife's new X3 M40I, in white with black interior, running on 21 inch wheels & run-flat tyres, in late July 2022. It looks identical to yours almost, apart from tinted windows, as our UK laws are very strict on window tinting. The Wife is happy, though the 18 month wait pushed me to my limits with BMW, but that's another story.
Due to where I live in the UK, we have to either run All Season tyres, or swap-out between summer and Winter between late October and early April each year. The new X3 has thrown-up tyre challenges i was not expecting, or i did not do my research properly (The 7 P's, as we say in the UK Military - Prior Planning & Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance!). New 2022 X3's & X5's come in a different wheel size (Width) from previous BMW X models. This means there are very few options with tyres available, especially as run-flats.
North America has different legal and non legal standards of tyre requirements than Europe and UK. This means the following, does not necessarily equate to yourself and American subscribers to your channel.
It is currently impossible to get All Season or Winter run-flat (& non run-flat) tyres to fit the new 2022 X3 21 inch wheels. This means, if wanting to keep driving safely, you have to not only get 4 new tyres, but 4 new wheels. Even then, when moving to a 20 or 19 inch wheel (Only size that fits the BMW X3 M40I due to break calliper size), due to BMW's weird new wheel size, there is hardly any choice on tyre manufacturer and i have been forced to go with a prestige tyre manufacturer i personally would not have chosen. So i was forced to go into my BMW Dealership, after 1 Month wait from ordering the new tyres and wheels, to get exchanged the 21 inch wheels on summer run-flat tyres to 19 inch wheels on winter run-flat tyres. I store the 21 inch wheels at home and will swap them over again in April 2023. The wife has instantly felt safer and the X3 now grips the road again in rain, ice or snow and any temperature below 7 degrees (44.6 Fahrenheit), which is almost a constant in UK during the months December to late March. So a Happy Wife, a Happy Life! But, seriously, as the tyres are the only thing connecting vehicle to road, the safety of my family comes above any consideration of cost or time spent on logistically sorting out. Though 4 new wheels, plus 4 new tyres did cost me in USD - $5,500.
I know in N Carolina you don't have this same concern with temperature and ice or snow (Apart from your unusual very cold spell recently in the USA!) and getting replacement tyres for the New X3 seems far easier in North America, regardless of wheel rim size. I did look at ordering and shipping tyres from North America, but BMW UK informed me if i did this, all my BMW warranties and on top of that, car insurance, would be nil and void for running illegal tyres for the UK market. So BMW, tyre manufacturers along with insurance and the UK law, have UK consumers cornered with little to no choice. The same is happening in UK, not just on new X3's, but X5's as well, due to this wheel change size BMW have instigated without the tyre companies keeping-up to provide tyres, be it run-flats or normal tyres.
Hopefully your tyre change will be far easier and less complicated than i had for my Wife's X3, especially as you will be staying I'm guessing with summer tyres.
Sorry for the long write-up, but just keeping you informed of issues with tyres for the new X3 in the UK market. All the best Ramone for 2023 and your RUclips channel. Stay Safe. Kind Regards, P

Happy holidays and a very prosperous new year to you and family! I’m sorry its been such a costly nightmare for you with the tire and wheels. Luckily for me i have the standard calipers so I haven’t struggled as much with wheel figment, however we do have a limited tire selection as well. I’m opting for the continental DWS 06 PLUS or Michelin pilot sport 4s however their seems to be a national back order for both tires so I’m hanging on hoping to swap these out by summer.
