I think Sam Houston is a perfect opponent as they are good enough to really challenge and test all parts of UCF’s team, and we should see if the defense has legitimately improved. A good win against a good opponent will be a real confidence boost and highlight those areas UCF had to still improve upon before our first conference game. GKCO ⚔️🏈
Are the reporters afraid to ask the coach about the Knight's poor QB play? KJ is not the same player he was at Arkansas. He seemed 'late' or 'weak' on most everything (run/pass/handoff). This guy was GREAT at Arkansas, .... what happened? I really hope he turns thing around because if he doesn't the Knights will be lucky to win 5 games.
1 game could be a fluke. 2 games is a concern. 3 games is a pattern. we need more info you cant just dump on a QB after one game because it will kill any confidence he has and discourage other QBs from coming here to risk the same fate

The moment KJ starting playing so horribly in practice should have been the moment Malzahn got a new qb, too much at stake to go with a qb who can’t even throw a 10 yard pass to a wide open receiver. I actually love that Sam Houston looked great week 1, give KJ a chance to bounce back against a quality team and shut up all the doubters before TCU

One of the worst QB performances I have ever seen. Wimbush was bad, but this takes the cake, my lord.
