Is not that expensive, I found coffee machines for 150€ and last for years, those cans probably are like 3€ and clearly for special occasions, the milk is 2€ here and the mold for the ice at a Chinese store is 1,5€. Those chocolates are average lindt flavor(x-mas wrap edition), so it's less than 6€ several chocolates(many servings) Let's not pánico lol You can be cheap and aesthetic. And if she made those chocolate ice cubes, instead of each can separately, she'd had a liter of milk and chocolate for like 6€(for many servings or guests) out of chocolate for melting
