It's really interesting how tsareena is one of the few mons where x-attack is their best item, especially since the other mons that like x-attack are m2y and maybe dpult. 🤔
It just sometimes struggles to do enough damage without it. Full heal is probably the only real alternative, but x-attack has consistently been the highest win rate item on her for a very long while now. It helps with early laning, it lets you potentially assassinate a squishy with ult, and it can let stomp combos do enough damage in certain match-ups.
check how much recovery you get in the end of the match, then replace drain crown with focus band and check again, should easily be much higher numbers unless the game is easy and the enemies are letting you hit them all the time, although if you have a comfey, maybe drain crown can be better, i.e. the more you can hit the better drain crown is, but usually it will be outmatched by focus band maybe even resonant guard
Cookie lets you play those super long fights, and scales well with weight stacks. weakness lets you turn the tide in those big brawls with the extra attack. razor helps early+gives more burst (slows are very helpful too). and rapid fire scarf (no one mentioned it, but one of the best tsareena uses it, and it's very good with stomp) helps you get a lot more QM stacks off if you pull off the auto animation cancel stomps. And then weight ups your damage a lot (attack scaling scales super well with weight+it evens out the odds vs the powercreep). It's basically just whatever you prefer.
