I’ve been tempted by one of those. After seeing your video, I think I’m going to pull the trigger. Well worth it for saving batteries. It’s pretty quick too.
I originally, started out with 1 fd-100. As I got heavier into flying, & needing at least 4 packs per plane, I now have 4. Being able to set cutoff voltage is a +!!! All 4 of mine were set (factory) at 3.85 volts/cell. Dropped to 3.7 v/c. Love these dischargers! 👍
Yeah I just discharged a bunch of my batteries from our slopes or an event and on those little four buttons like it actually times out and you have to start it again it takes so long. Like 0.4 or 0.6 amps maybe 0.9 on my big charger

i use a a cheap battery capacitor tester/electronic load from ebay for the same purpose.
No balance discharge though :(
