Hi Travis and Suzy, Time for song #2 in the second Anna Mixtape Series. We just did Sade, so how about we do one of my all-time favorite bands, and Anna's too? I know you have done some Radiohead reactions before, but this song is just so beautiful that I wanted to share this with you. Anna and I were very lucky to see some Radiohead live shows, and I know that they were some of her favorites, and this song was one that she always loved. Thom Yorke's vocals are just so haunting and beautiful, and the musicianship is just mind-blowing. You may wish to bring up the lyrics for this song, and then you will get just why this is such a powerful and beautiful song. The lyrics at the end of the song just make me cry: And if I could be who you wanted If i could be who you wanted all the time all the time I'm not lying to you when I tell you that i just about cry every time i hear those lines. it gets me so emotional, so don't be surprised if it happens to you too. They are just such powerful words, and the song is just about perfect in every way. You know how I have mentioned that music often says what words can't? This is a great example of music touching the heart and soul of a person. Hope you like it.
