That’s right you can use it dry. It’s a premium quality so applies beautifully. You can use it wet also which is great for painting fine and delicate areas. 😊

I am trying to find something to add a shine to chocolate covered krispie treats and oreos. Would this work for that? Also, how is shipping. I need to make the treats in 2 weeks or less.
