Well then, it's time to get acquainted with Sabich, the ultimate vegetarian sandwich made of fried eggplant and jammy soft boiled egg served in a freshly baked flat bead or pita bread, washed with the Tahini, Amba sauce and Zhoug green chili flavor boosters, that will blow your palate away, making you a life long fan of this incredible, yet simple and straight forward sandwich.
