釣りでマルソウダは嫌われ者でみんなリリースしてますが
即〆て潮氷漬けにしたら当日なら刺し身、冷凍はタタキ、血合いは水煮で愛猫にやってます！
獲れたら買い付け先が決まっているのがいいですね〜。食品業者さんでしょうか？
ソウダは未利用魚になってしまう地域もあるようなので。

直ぐに血抜きして、冷やさないと、ヒスタミン中毒になるらしい。
やはり大漁は、興奮しますね！

六十年位前駿河湾でたくさん釣れました「うずわ」と言ってました。つみれにして揚げて食べた思い出があります。
今年は茨城沖で七月から戻りガツオのようで背身まで脂びっしりで高齢者は少量しか食べられません。

イサギ釣っててコイツらが回ってくると仕掛けが沈まなくなります。
はっきり言って厄介者で釣れても大概捨てます。
ただ、私は案外好きで２～３本持って帰って刺身やタタキにします。
もちろん釣ってすぐ、生きているうちに頭とワタを外して本体のみ塩氷の効いたクーラーへＧＯ。
捌くときには血合いを大きめに取る事が大切ですね。
案外美味しいですよ。
脂の無い本鰹を食べるぐらいなら､私はこっちを選びます。
