I am fascinated by the ingenuity and work ethic of the people in these videos, but holy cow, you have to wonder what the future brings for these men. Welding without full face shields, or worse, holding the workups while the welder tacks and wells and doing this without any eye protection. Or about the guy running the lathe with. a pair of gloves on. I was expecting the worst. And how many of these guys will have a career-ending injury when one of the things they carry around drops on a foot or a hand. Then there is the guy spraying paint with just a simple cloth over his mouth and other guys walking by right in the overspray stream. Lastly, I wonder how long this entire rig will actually last. There is not.a single precision cut (other than the lathe) in the entire video. The welding gaps are wide and imprecise. The whole rig looks like it could be caddy-wonky from the start. Not a single bolt had a thread lock or a locking washer on it. I suspect this rig needs constant tightening and adjustment in the field. I would love to see a video of this rig in use after a few months.
Thanks 🙏
every mechanical person should watch these films, they show with ingenuity, anything can be made.👍
Thanks 🙏
This guy at 47 minutes is awesome, seems to care about his part of the project the most
These are the guys that can turn junk into more junk .
Useless junk into useful junk.
What you, in "CIVILIZED COUNTRIES" call junk are materials in those NOT BLESSED COUNTRIES" 100% usefull and instead of being discarded as debris, has new life in their poor way of continue survival. Think on it and greets from Venezuela, another unfavoured country.
@@alfredomosquera5832 developed countries recycle more materials than un developed ones, nice fantasy you invented but completely BS.
@@alfredomosquera5832 more materiels are recycled in developed coutries than undeveloped and the plastics in the ocean come from Asia and Africa.
its a good looking machine.
They truly are "disccovering skills". Literally as we watch.
احسنتم في العمل والاتقان ما
شاءالله
Wow . Chain fall getting high teck .
Good work
👏👏🤝🧐😬
Great to see the skills of them doing with what to got.
Assalam o alaiakum bhai lohe k liye crusher banwana hai ziada nahi jese bike waghera k liye kitne tak ka banega
Bom trabalho
Thanks
They had better hope it doesn't ever need repair as much as they welded it togeather it would be a nightmare taking it apart.
Полная локализация производства.
Thanks
При союзе мы также работали , все были при деле только умудрялись стакан другой накатить и работать дальше , это сейчас один работает а трое начальников подсказывают
Where can we find the plans mate
Bhai awesome work
OSHA approved sandals?
Weres the elephant to do the lifting .
Does weld hold when you weld right on top of all that rust?
Yes
for at least until out of warranty
There's nothing great about these videos. The working conditions are like a hundred years ago, but the product quality is worse. Back then, new steel was used, not scrap taken from ships, and everything was not roll in brown sand.
You sound like you are a blast at parties.
Not sure why you think these working conditions and materials are their first choices. You sure got them! They keep the high grade steel and their clean rooms in the back area….
Thanks 🙏
At least they have factories, not like in developed countries, everybody dumbed down with TikTok
I agree totally .
@swimmerboy172 don't be ridiculous. Nobody goes to "parties" anymore lol.
So being new to welding I’m wondering why when their stick welding they don’t run a solid bead? It’s like the start and stop the welds and I was wondering why they do this? I understand this method on thin metal but they’re working with thick steel. It’s like he’s almost doing multiple tack welds in a row and I see a lot of people doing this method and wondering why?
oh you're gonna ask many questions here....like why they dont clean weld surfaces and where the dang is the ground, lol. but tacking is mainly due to poor joint gaps (that and poor conductivity)
I think their weldingmachine is set at very high amps , so everybody can weld with it and tacking is much easier.
instead of adjusting amps they use a start-stop method to prevent burning a hole. Like so it is also cheaper to weld because they save on sticks and electricity.
Well done 👍
Great video, very good skills without new steel or cnc machines. Bare handa and intelligence
Thanks 🙏
Why welders use gloves?
On all other films, nobody use gloves.
Bare hands and bare feet, eventually only flippers worn, in machine shop, that is the law and requirement.
So, these people with gloves and welder's masks are breaking the safety laws.
I would have liked to see this rig working. Or was it built for a paint job?
Thanks 🙏
😢😢😢😢
OSHA does not exist in this video. Worker life spans must be about 8 years. Oh, Blinding light I cannot see, Look out for me.
Thanks 🙏
Rough and ready here comes RUFF AND ROUGHER. Bad work with filthy workshops.
