He is a living progidy in the deathcore scene. He used to be in a band called A Wake In Providence. They have some pretty decent discography with Will Ramos. I highly suggest giving them a listen.
Of course will is an astounding vocalist. This is not to take away from that. There is a little trickery involved it's just not what you thought. At the very end when he says thanks for watching notice how loud it is and how clearly you hear him despite how softly he speaks the words and how far he is from the mic. Now think back to how close he was to the mic when he was doing the song. It looks and sounds like he's screaming but it's barely even at a normal conversation level volume. Again that's not to take away from his talent. He's not cheating, this is just how these kinds of vocals are done.
Deathcore in the past used to seen as a cringe thing and not part of metal back in the early days...i was one of them people back in 2006 thinking deathcore was silly and cringe, then As Blood Runs Black/Whitechapel came along with Somatic Defilement and I was like yep, I absolutely love this stuff and even though I obviously still love other genres I've always stood up for deathcore, and I'm so glad over the years more and more people have begun to appreciate it

Sorry to say this but she's right all music done in a studio situation will be enhanced in some way. Metal bands do use a lot of digital tricks to get the sound that you demand from them. It's not just pop music that suffers from fan demanded perfection on every note. You need to really look into the industry more before telling someone that what they have heard is wrong. Even Lona Shore will have used all sorts of tricks and tweaks to get the sound spot on. Besides on the EP you can tell they didn't get the EQ and layering right at all, the mix was way off being optimal for the song, Will's voice gets drowned out in places.
