He's narrating the life history of himself( Guliga) , journey as a shiva gana into earth and finally to Tulunadu. This is a oral transition that's passed on for millenia.. the stories have been handed over orally from one generation to another. Yeah sure! Kola is our religion festival that we celebrated every year hear goddess means daivas solve the problem and commend to the family about the next futher this festivals are done very passionately we should not hurt goodness if any mistakes out done goddess give us the curse and we should face the consequences this God's are very powerful from our ancient period we have been celebrating this cultures
And thank you for showing your interest in Kola
@@yuktha8843 hey yuktha, thank you for taking out your time and explaining this to me. But i know all of this. Yenk undh poora gotthundu. What i was interested in was “what are the conversation they do? What does all the expressions mean? Why do they run all over the place. I wanna know it deep. This is a good conversation
@@adarshhiremath8227 pleasure to talk with you as u asked about the conversation divas conve or try to say something to the people by expression by this even people understand and obey divas and u asked why they run so it is the part of the ritual they catch people for fun but once they also run in angry mood
@@yuktha8843 thank you yukta. I’ve seen a panjurli nema in mangalore. Would really love to see guliga kola one day.
It's the ritual, one should serve the Daivas of that land, u can't expect something in return, daiva will be with you if ur doing its service
Similar in hills of Uttarakhand! Devta communicate by his selected person! Indian tradition best! Kantara best ending I've watched so far! Bollywood worthless! South rocks!

Could somebody translate what the performer says after 15:00, yes I came to watch this after watching Kanthara, but due to writings of Sri Shivaram Karanth and Kuvempu, Chomandadudi, kudiyarakusu, malegalalli madhumagalu etc, I am familiar with Panjurli, Guliga, Kalkuda, Kallurti among others.
He's narrating the life history of himself( Guliga) , journey as a shiva gana into earth and finally to Tulunadu. This is a oral transition that's passed on for millenia.. the stories have been handed over orally from one generation to another. Every kola has a part where the
Man donning the role of the daiva beats a drum and sings the history of the respective daiva In poetry form.
