When she was first introduced in the story, I was expecting her to be a 4 Star character to released alongside either Wriothesley or Neuvillette banner. Yet here we are, after such a long delay in releasing her, Mihoyo in their infinite wisdom decided to sell a 4 Star level characters as a 5 Star character yet again!

I would've loved her to work with Wriothesley because of the how Neuvilette and Furina work so well together and story wise they should have worked together but that's just me and also.....she should've been a four star and the only people I see wishing for her are collectors or people who enjoy her as a character
She would have never truly worked with Wriothesley given she has a hydro vision. Wriothesley is a melt dps, while he can be played in freeze it's going to significantly worsen his damage. And Furina basically works with everyone if you just put marecheusse on them which of course also applies to Neuvilette but not only to him but close to every character

I also found her painfully weak in the trial. But she works epicly in my team (Klee/nahida/yae miko/sigewinne). She upped Mikos dmg by about 71% from kokomi.. which is a lot more than getting her from C3 to C6 did

if you really wanna get technical, sigewinne would be the fifth hydro healer (after barbara, xingqiu, kokomi, furina), but nobody cares about xingqiu's healing and furina's healing is only used in co-op.

Ive seen many people compare Sigewinne with what happened to Kokomi when she first came out, saying she will be good when new characters release and we learn to play her. The thing is, kokomi was always good, its just that 1. Her weapon and constellations try to make her a main dps, which can be good, but not as good as support kokomi 2. She cant crit, and back then huge numbers were everything It would be true if we only looked into sigewienne's bubble and burst damage, ignored her healing and synergy with furina (and everything after 5:28) and called her a "bad dps" who needs her c4 for her damage to be good, and months later find out she can heal.
I think we are ignoring the most important thing about her kit yet that we havent seen before on any other char, The increase to off field dmg, now dont get me wrong. The chars that this thing benefit are so limited, also since its 10 uses only makes her a complete joke with them, but hear me out. what if at the future they do release a char that has like 2 or 3 off field attacks that are nukes, something we dont have yet. ofc rn shes almost useless but prolly there is something goin on post fontainte.

If it was aimed at buffing Furina forward vape damage, then we would be onto something since the additional dmg buff also takes into account EM and the reaction multiplier buff. But at the current moment, we hardly have any means to go by with either forward vape or reverse vaping off-field skill dmg. I know it is only 10 hits of the buff, but that could be pretty substantial on few but heavy hitting hits and maybe even low field time buffs. If Murata has pyronado attached to the elemental skill, then even Mona finds compatibility with Sigewinne since the burst duration will fit well with how long the covalence buff count will last. It may take 6 seconds to consume all 10 stacks.
I AGREE. I don't even have Kokomi but I'm praying she gets a rerun soon becasue she's one of the best hydro supports for HYDRO APPLICATION, and she does decent heals on top of that. Sigewinne doesn't have any of these things. Skill healing is good but like... make her a dedicated healer. I don't need her burst to do damage if she's a healer. They should've made it something like Baizhu's ult... something that does heals. Crazy concept I know.
What exactly about her makes you think she's meant for BoL teams? That healing bonus that has no value because the on field BoL characters can't be healed while doing their BoL thing? She gives them nothing, and she gets nothing worthwhile while teamed with them. The BoL portion of her kit is pointless, a gimmick forced in probably by an upper management call, not for any sort of synergy/interesting game play.

@@Axterix13 if i recall correctly, Clorinde transfers healing to her own bol, making Clorinde and Sigewinne a great pair in some ways (almost like the current trend to use Qiqi with Clorinde) still, i agree that the bol is kind of random on Sigewinne, she doesn't really use it on herself other than the little bonus healing that could have been unconditional
@@aizamyusoff2114 Yes, but that's NOT something that says Siggy is meant for bond of life teams, like the OP said. That's part of Clorinde's kit, which gives her synergy with healers, despite her bond of life. And yes, Siggy is meant to work with Furina. However, I'd say that both Furina constellations (they open up the healers you can use effectively with her) and Xianyun are better to pick up for Furina reasons than Siggy is. The Furina healer tax is real, and you don't want to be forced into double hydro, especially with a second hydro that has lackluster hydro app. It would really limit your team building options, and you'd still find yourself typically using other healers. So, if you want a default healer to pair with Furina, the smarter choice for an F2P would be Xianyun, as anemo is useful for a variety of teams, neutral for others, and people like her for the open world as well.
I mainly pull for cuteness/personality, not power. I personally love how she and her attacks look so that’s the reason I will pull her. It’s also so cool to have a mélusine character.
I keep forgetting she's a bow user since she only uses it on one move in her normal attack. That's even worse than Liney and Kirara that use it for two. They could've all been catalists.
real man, Chiori was so disappointing despite her potential. Their character design team is cool, their kit design team is the one holding the characters back

But just like other healers that were first released and get doom-posted (Kokomi, Baizhu, Kuki, Xianyun,...) I would say just look forward to how the Natlan units team comps working i mean she potentially could give ally some BoL
Agree agree especially she comes out in patches nearing natlan and in fontaine the only BoL chara we got is arle and clorinde, or.. she could be a dehya situation i really hope not tho

The main thing people always ignore is they are Defensive supports giving resistance to interruption/ healing whole team,... People generally just want to see big numbers/ buffing Giga dmg when these units were not designed for that... Mono pyro team with Lyney, burn melt team, or potentially burning team with Emilie the next patch
Future impact sucks. You are pulling for a character and yet not sure if she will be good, not now but in the future? On top of gambling on getting the said character in the first place.
IMO The problem now with Genshin is that there are many characters who do the same thing as older characters only the numbers are getting bigger...and the problem with 5 star healers is that 4 star healers just work fine...i usually don't need Benette or yaoyao for healer slot

When they realised that their main didn’t really do a great job, like bad kits or other players’ opinions, some will just follow what other people say and stop playing what they enjoyed to. So like sigewinne situation for now, I saw like 90% of people saying that she is bad. And I am sure there are already people, who started off wanting to main her, but ended up being told that she ain’t worth it. And I mean that’s the point where meta is really kicking things off, where people tend to play with meta rather than enjoying their main. And like in the past, players could just play whoever they want without knowing who is good or bad. But I know that meta is inevitable, like characters will powercrept patch after patch. Some players are just going for the highest dps and the most efficient way to play this game without enjoyment, and they have their own way to go and I respect that. But like in the end, does it even matter when you don’t even enjoy what you play? So just play what you want and move on.

@@Anika9691 Navia with Xianyun hits like a truck, especially since Navia's skill does Geo infusion. I haven't run the numbers, but I've heard some people say it's even her strongest, or at least like top 3 strongest teams
The biggest issue with Sigewinne is that she fills the weird awkward niche of being a support for supports. Most supports typically focus on the main dps or the entire team, never in between. What this leads to is situations where Sigewinne, who feels designed to work with characters such as Furina, being often outcompeted by other characters that can do teamwide buffs like Jean, and her never being considered in a team comp that fixates on a main dps. Unless new quick swap team comps focused on off field damage become more prevalent, I'm afraid Sigewinne has no meta role in the game whatsoever.
I already accepted that Hoyo likes making a character now and turns to be really good in future patches. This happened before just like kokomi and baizhu(people saying they are trash or 3 stars when first release), and look how good they are now, even meta when looking at data. Im not really against this, if Hoyo really makes a character useful in later patches, then its fine with me
I mean all they have to do is add a Hydro character that relies heavily on skill based damage and that requires a good amount of healing to function....oh wait. ;) More seriously though, besides Furina, I feel like Sigewinne will be interesting to pair with some low skill-damage characters for some niche builds. Like I can totally imagine someone running a Cinnabar Spindle QiQi with Sigewinne, Furina, and maybe on-field Zhongli buffing her for some silly numbers with QiQi's skill. It is just a shame though that you almost need C1 or C2 for her to even be remotely viable in any "serious" manner.
1. TC community never said Kokomi and Baizhu were bad. Only the casuals that know nothing about the game did. 2. Kokomi got a very last minute change to her jellyfish hydro app ICD and that was the whole reason she became meta. So many people didnt know about that untill 1-2 weeks into her release. Nowdays, not even Kokomi is meta. 3. Baizhu had way less value back when he releaed due to the role he was supposed cover was already covered by Yaoyao and after, Kirara. He only gained value with Furina and still to this day is pretty reliant on Furina to be in the meta.
I’m wondering if maybe she would be good on a clorinde team. Clorinde prefers quick bloom where blooms are nice but not mandatory so slow hydro application isn’t an issue. Clorindes bond of life would buff siegewinnes healing which in turn would give clorinde even more bond of life and her passive would boost fischls damage. Honestly feels like they were matched pretty well for each other
The biggest reason to pull and use her could have been her skill dmg buff, but hoyo really don't want us having fun, so these pitiful 10 stacks, that are shared for whole team is stupid....

She’s literally perfect for what I needed, I’ve been needing a a healer like her ever since baizhu came out. Kokomis nice and all but her healing is too annoying to deal with for my team comps. Her skill requires staying still, and her burst heal is energy reliant and needs field time. I loved baizhu when he came o it cause he had none of these issues, his skill can heal from anywhere and his burst shields AND heals with no field time needed. Sigwienne can heal from her skill alone from off field without hindering my movements without being burst reliant and that’s all I needed from a healer. Barbara has too long a skill cooldown and but burst is energy hungry, jeans burst is also energy hungry, Charlotte is also energy hungry, and yaoyao requires field time. Sigwienne and baizhu are def my top picks for healers
Does she stack with Mona, as Stellaris Phantasm should be an off-field perk, no? Mona's not perfect, but she's decent at Hydro application, so that may create a cooperative effect. Curious about something like Nilou-Nahida-Mona-Siegewinne Bloom team
Well, for this bloom team, why use Seigwinne when you could use Kokomi? No onr is realistically taking advantage of the one thing Seigwinne provides here, wich is her E damage boost. 95% of this team's damage makeup will be blooms.

@Blackoutdmc yeah, I haven't looked into Siegewinne much, but wasn't sure if she boosted Bloom damage as well, which one top of Mona buff and Nilou buff, could result in a significant hit in theory. Honestly for passive-attack Skills, it seems like Chiori would be the better bet - I just keep hoping someone will do for Mona what Xianyun did for Diluc/Xiao
I'd thought Siegewinne boosted any off-field effect, not Skills specifically; therefore Mona's effect would be boosted as well. Sadly she's really limited by the rare number of single-hit damage skills/bursts, and being out-scaled on a basic stat level. Pity, as Mona is one of my favorites by playstyle.

This is said whenever a new character is released lol. It would make sense if the problem with Sigewinne was that she does something new and different that's not useful in any team. Then they could release characters that COULD utilize her unique mechanics. But that's not the thing. The thing is she does almost nothing, and what she does do is meh. She heals a lot, which is cool, but she provides nothing more than that. Her Skill DMG buff is negligible, her Hydro application is terrible, and her Burst DMG is bad and not worth spending time on. There is literally nothing Hoyo could do to make her better other than straight up change her kit.

I don't think the situation will be the same here. Problem is, Sigewinme is a hydro healer, and we already have 2 of them. And one of them is already great to begin with. I mean, sure, maybe in the future, we will get a character who uses BoL, but even then, Sigewinne's Bol is very small, so I don't think it will help (+ is quite late already) Sure, Sigewinne is not another Dehya, but I doubt she will receive the same redemption as Baizhu and Kokomi.
Once again everyone does the whole “this unit suck!”. Then forgets people said the same thing about on release on kazuha, Kokomi, Yae, kuki, Baizhu, Xianyun. At this point it literally a pattern.

It is honestly laughable how often as a fan base we write off units like this when it has been proven more times than not that when other units come out, Sigewinne will likely have more teammates she works with and her kit will in turn be a godsend this EXACT thing happened with Kokomi. And it likely to happen again.

I'm a character collector and I'm trying to get all the characters but the latest 5* units after Clorinde are just not it for me specially Sigewinne and Emilie. They seem lackluster and uninteresting in every aspect imo. It has been so long since I've skipped banners of new characters (Lyney and Wriothesley). I hope Natlan will bring in good characters again.
I'd totally pull for her, would she be a proper melusine. And not paired with Furina... at least until I get C6 Furina. XD Melusines are incredibly cute in their own unique way. Hoyo really dropped the ball by making her appearance pretty much completely human as any other children in the game. -_-
do we really need another healer at this point? theres xianyun, jean, bennett, barbara, kokomi, baizhu, qiqi etc. and each of them are unique, xianyun gives ability to plunge and has team wide healing, jean heals everyone to max hp with one tap, bennet is bennet and others have their own quirks. Sigewinnie actually wouldve been a go to healer if she was 4 star, but spending primo for her seems kinda dumb sorry. and i also cant see how they gonna make her like kuki shinobu and other who became meta with update.
If her ''gimmick'' was healing characters over bond of life due her race (as an ''if''), she could have been considered broken I assume. I mean, being able to heal Arleccino without consuming her bond of life would have at the very least made her worth pulling. But sadly, Furina is a way better and safer long term choice.
I'll get her because I have everyone and I refuse to break my over 2 year long streak. But man, I'd definitely skip were it not for that. A shame really, as a character she deserves better.

You know what, as someone who does have some decent characters who do decent f2p damage, I love Sigewinne. This is definitely some hydro character bias, but I kind of like that she isn’t super powerful or “useful” I guess. For rn I think I’m enjoying Siegwinne for being. She’s not very great by any means, but I think she’s cute and quite different from other characters I already have.
She should’ve just been a 4 star tied to Furina’s banner like Sara to Raiden or Gorou to Itto .. she’s basically just meant to buff Furina At least Geo users kinda win they can do Itto, Gorou, Furina, Siegewinne and then Navia, Chiori, Xiangling, Bennett for two double geo teams 🤷🏽♂️
I think the questions I would ask myself before pulling for her are : - Do you like her character design + gameplay + personality ? Yes, pull. No, don't pull. Maybe, go to question 2. - Is she best in slot for Neuvillette, Alhaitham or Arlecchino ? No, don't pull.
the only way to make her better at c0 is a BoL char buffer, that receive healing and stack it to elemental skill, use the elemental skill to give BoL team-wide and gives dmg buff based on how much BoL that character has. Otherwise in the future she won't be any better and no treatment like Kokomi was
i tried to pull for furina, accidentally misclicked and got this character.. and then it turns out that shes one of the worst 5*... this game is a joke
Clorinde atleast can use sigewinne healing for extra Bol, arlchinno tho 😮(you can try using fountain 4* craftable weapon sword and catalyst to abuse bol sigewinne)
Sigewinne may have the treatment that they also used w/ Kokomi...but this still feels worse. Kokomi wasn't really needed as a unit during her release but at least had one good team to use her for which is Ayaka's freeze comp...Sigewinne doesn't have one. Sigewinne might have better comps in the future as Natlan is coming near but Hoyo should stop these trend of releasing supports only to introduce mechanics that makes them viable. (e.g. wolves with Kokomi)
I wish her skill did more damage, and her skill and burst lasted longer. Her animations are so adorable and I thought we could have a mini Neuvillete but she's just not that good.

Ive seen many people compare Sigewinne with what happened to Kokomi when she first came out, saying she will be good when new characters release and we learn to play her. The thing is, kokomi was always good, its just that
1. Her weapon and constellations try to make her a main dps, which can be good, but not as good as support kokomi
2. She cant crit, and back then huge numbers were everything
It would be true if we only looked into sigewienne's bubble and burst damage, ignored her healing and synergy with furina (and everything after 5:28) and called her a "bad dps" who needs her c4 for her damage to be good, and months later find out she can heal.

I think we are ignoring the most important thing about her kit yet that we havent seen before on any other char, The increase to off field dmg, now dont get me wrong. The chars that this thing benefit are so limited, also since its 10 uses only makes her a complete joke with them, but hear me out. what if at the future they do release a char that has like 2 or 3 off field attacks that are nukes, something we dont have yet. ofc rn shes almost useless but prolly there is something goin on post fontainte.

@@deltaspecies1697 The buff can be pretty good in the right hands. If it was aimed at buffing Furina forward vape damage, then we would be onto something since the additional dmg buff also takes into account EM and the reaction multiplier buff.
But at the current moment, we hardly have any means to go by with either forward vape or reverse vaping off-field skill dmg. I know it is only 10 hits of the buff, but that could be pretty substantial on few but heavy hitting hits and maybe even low field time buffs. If Murata has pyronado attached to the elemental skill, then even Mona finds compatibility with Sigewinne since the burst duration will fit well with how long the covalence buff count will last. It may take 6 seconds to consume all 10 stacks.
I AGREE. I don't even have Kokomi but I'm praying she gets a rerun soon becasue she's one of the best hydro supports for HYDRO APPLICATION, and she does decent heals on top of that. Sigewinne doesn't have any of these things. Skill healing is good but like... make her a dedicated healer. I don't need her burst to do damage if she's a healer. They should've made it something like Baizhu's ult... something that does heals. Crazy concept I know.
She’s clearly meant for bol teams but kinda wish her burst was longer or her hydro shred was part of passive even if weaker.
What exactly about her makes you think she's meant for BoL teams? That healing bonus that has no value because the on field BoL characters can't be healed while doing their BoL thing? She gives them nothing, and she gets nothing worthwhile while teamed with them. The BoL portion of her kit is pointless, a gimmick forced in probably by an upper management call, not for any sort of synergy/interesting game play.

@@Axterix13 if i recall correctly, Clorinde transfers healing to her own bol, making Clorinde and Sigewinne a great pair in some ways (almost like the current trend to use Qiqi with Clorinde)
still, i agree that the bol is kind of random on Sigewinne, she doesn't really use it on herself other than the little bonus healing that could have been unconditional
@@aizamyusoff2114 Yes, but that's NOT something that says Siggy is meant for bond of life teams, like the OP said. That's part of Clorinde's kit, which gives her synergy with healers, despite her bond of life.
And yes, Siggy is meant to work with Furina. However, I'd say that both Furina constellations (they open up the healers you can use effectively with her) and Xianyun are better to pick up for Furina reasons than Siggy is. The Furina healer tax is real, and you don't want to be forced into double hydro, especially with a second hydro that has lackluster hydro app. It would really limit your team building options, and you'd still find yourself typically using other healers. So, if you want a default healer to pair with Furina, the smarter choice for an F2P would be Xianyun, as anemo is useful for a variety of teams, neutral for others, and people like her for the open world as well.
overall feels more like the BoL in her kit is just there to make here weapon more niche

Meta can certainly be good at some point. But for instance, there are players who want to play with their favourite characters. When they realised that their main didn’t really do a great job, like bad kits or other players’ opinions, some will just follow what other people say and stop playing what they enjoyed to.
So like sigewinne situation for now, I saw like 90% of people saying that she is bad. And I am sure there are already people, who started off wanting to main her, but ended up being told that she ain’t worth it. And I mean that’s the point where meta is really kicking things off, where people tend to play with meta rather than enjoying their main.
And like in the past, players could just play whoever they want without knowing who is good or bad. But I know that meta is inevitable, like characters will powercrept patch after patch. Some players are just going for the highest dps and the most efficient way to play this game without enjoyment, and they have their own way to go and I respect that. But like in the end, does it even matter when you don’t even enjoy what you play? So just play what you want and move on.

The biggest issue with Sigewinne is that she fills the weird awkward niche of being a support for supports. Most supports typically focus on the main dps or the entire team, never in between. What this leads to is situations where Sigewinne, who feels designed to work with characters such as Furina, being often outcompeted by other characters that can do teamwide buffs like Jean, and her never being considered in a team comp that fixates on a main dps. Unless new quick swap team comps focused on off field damage become more prevalent, I'm afraid Sigewinne has no meta role in the game whatsoever.
Sharing that source water droplet mechanic between characters seems interesting, but redundant with only Neuvillete and Hydro Traveler out right now
I already accepted that Hoyo likes making a character now and turns to be really good in future patches. This happened before just like kokomi and baizhu(people saying they are trash or 3 stars when first release), and look how good they are now, even meta when looking at data. Im not really against this, if Hoyo really makes a character useful in later patches, then its fine with me
I mean all they have to do is add a Hydro character that relies heavily on skill based damage and that requires a good amount of healing to function....oh wait. ;) More seriously though, besides Furina, I feel like Sigewinne will be interesting to pair with some low skill-damage characters for some niche builds. Like I can totally imagine someone running a Cinnabar Spindle QiQi with Sigewinne, Furina, and maybe on-field Zhongli buffing her for some silly numbers with QiQi's skill. It is just a shame though that you almost need C1 or C2 for her to even be remotely viable in any "serious" manner.
1. TC community never said Kokomi and Baizhu were bad. Only the casuals that know nothing about the game did.
2. Kokomi got a very last minute change to her jellyfish hydro app ICD and that was the whole reason she became meta. So many people didnt know about that untill 1-2 weeks into her release. Nowdays, not even Kokomi is meta.
3. Baizhu had way less value back when he releaed due to the role he was supposed cover was already covered by Yaoyao and after, Kirara. He only gained value with Furina and still to this day is pretty reliant on Furina to be in the meta.
I’m wondering if maybe she would be good on a clorinde team. Clorinde prefers quick bloom where blooms are nice but not mandatory so slow hydro application isn’t an issue. Clorindes bond of life would buff siegewinnes healing which in turn would give clorinde even more bond of life and her passive would boost fischls damage. Honestly feels like they were matched pretty well for each other

She’s literally perfect for what I needed, I’ve been needing a a healer like her ever since baizhu came out. Kokomis nice and all but her healing is too annoying to deal with for my team comps. Her skill requires staying still, and her burst heal is energy reliant and needs field time.
I loved baizhu when he came o it cause he had none of these issues, his skill can heal from anywhere and his burst shields AND heals with no field time needed.
Sigwienne can heal from her skill alone from off field without hindering my movements without being burst reliant and that’s all I needed from a healer. Barbara has too long a skill cooldown and but burst is energy hungry, jeans burst is also energy hungry, Charlotte is also energy hungry, and yaoyao requires field time.
Sigwienne and baizhu are def my top picks for healers
Does she stack with Mona, as Stellaris Phantasm should be an off-field perk, no?
Mona's not perfect, but she's decent at Hydro application, so that may create a cooperative effect.

Well, for this bloom team, why use Seigwinne when you could use Kokomi? No onr is realistically taking advantage of the one thing Seigwinne provides here, wich is her E damage boost. 95% of this team's damage makeup will be blooms.

Honestly for passive-attack Skills, it seems like Chiori would be the better bet - I just keep hoping someone will do for Mona what Xianyun did for Diluc/Xiao
I'd thought Siegewinne boosted any off-field effect, not Skills specifically; therefore Mona's effect would be boosted as well.
Sadly she's really limited by the rare number of single-hit damage skills/bursts, and being out-scaled on a basic stat level.
Pity, as Mona is one of my favorites by playstyle.

This is said whenever a new character is released lol.
It would make sense if the problem with Sigewinne was that she does something new and different that's not useful in any team. Then they could release characters that COULD utilize her unique mechanics.
But that's not the thing. The thing is she does almost nothing, and what she does do is meh. She heals a lot, which is cool, but she provides nothing more than that. Her Skill DMG buff is negligible, her Hydro application is terrible, and her Burst DMG is bad and not worth spending time on.
There is literally nothing Hoyo could do to make her better other than straight up change her kit.

I don't think the situation will be the same here. Problem is, Sigewinme is a hydro healer, and we already have 2 of them. And one of them is already great to begin with.

It is honestly laughable how often as a fan base we write off units like this when it has been proven more times than not that when other units come out, Sigewinne will likely have more teammates she works with and her kit will in turn be a godsend this EXACT thing happened with Kokomi. And it likely to happen again.

I'm a character collector and I'm trying to get all the characters but the latest 5* units after Clorinde are just not it for me specially Sigewinne and Emilie. They seem lackluster and uninteresting in every aspect imo. It has been so long since I've skipped banners of new characters (Lyney and Wriothesley). I hope Natlan will bring in good characters again.

Melusines are incredibly cute in their own unique way. Hoyo really dropped the ball by making her appearance pretty much completely human as any other children in the game. -_-

do we really need another healer at this point? theres xianyun, jean, bennett, barbara, kokomi, baizhu, qiqi etc. and each of them are unique, xianyun gives ability to plunge and has team wide healing, jean heals everyone to max hp with one tap, bennet is bennet and others have their own quirks.
Sigewinnie actually wouldve been a go to healer if she was 4 star, but spending primo for her seems kinda dumb sorry. and i also cant see how they gonna make her like kuki shinobu and other who became meta with update.

If her ''gimmick'' was healing characters over bond of life due her race (as an ''if''), she could have been considered broken I assume. I mean, being able to heal Arleccino without consuming her bond of life would have at the very least made her worth pulling. But sadly, Furina is a way better and safer long term choice.
I'll get her because I have everyone and I refuse to break my over 2 year long streak. But man, I'd definitely skip were it not for that. A shame really, as a character she deserves better.

- Do you like her character design + gameplay + personality ? Yes, pull. No, don't pull. Maybe, go to question 2.
- Is she best in slot for Neuvillette, Alhaitham or Arlecchino ? No, don't pull.

the only way to make her better at c0 is a BoL char buffer, that receive healing and stack it to elemental skill, use the elemental skill to give BoL team-wide and gives dmg buff based on how much BoL that character has. Otherwise in the future she won't be any better and no treatment like Kokomi was

Clorinde atleast can use sigewinne healing for extra Bol, arlchinno tho 😮(you can try using fountain 4* craftable weapon sword and catalyst to abuse bol sigewinne)

Sigewinne may have the treatment that they also used w/ Kokomi...but this still feels worse.
Kokomi wasn't really needed as a unit during her release but at least had one good team to use her for which is Ayaka's freeze comp...Sigewinne doesn't have one.
Sigewinne might have better comps in the future as Natlan is coming near but Hoyo should stop these trend of releasing supports only to introduce mechanics that makes them viable. (e.g. wolves with Kokomi)
I wish her skill did more damage, and her skill and burst lasted longer. Her animations are so adorable and I thought we could have a mini Neuvillete but she's just not that good.
