Good point about European aristocracy showing off by riding horses and is alive and well here in UK. E.g. at the Trooping of the Colour Queen Elizabeth II rode a horse every year until 2003 when she was well into her 70's. Only her age forced her into a carriage and the youngsters are mounted again. And the Queen is neither male or a knight :) PS - who cares about the sounds quality? Its brilliant thoughts and a privilege to have access. Thanks Columbus Uni. :)
This lecture is actually "Session 24" and should be subtitled "The Latin West, 1200-1500 Part II". The playlist 49C7AA14331CFEF3 is out of order.
Audio is not good,Please try better quality recordings.
