    This lecture is actually "Session 24" and should be subtitled "The Latin West, 1200-1500 Part II". The playlist 49C7AA14331CFEF3 is out of order.

    Good point about European aristocracy showing off by riding horses and is alive and well here in UK. E.g. at the Trooping of the Colour Queen Elizabeth II rode a horse every year until 2003 when she was well into her 70's. Only her age forced her into a carriage and the youngsters are mounted again. And the Queen is neither male or a knight :)
    PS - who cares about the sounds quality? Its brilliant thoughts and a privilege to have access. Thanks Columbus Uni. :)

      Maximizing utility i.e getting the most bang for their buck.
