Sigh...but this channel makes feel happy to know what's around in sg. I've been collecting photos of really rare cars spotted in SG. You'll be surprised. ...what a kind tribute by Arthur to his father ... and his "private plate" Mercedes cars... ...his dad was so shy and charming, truly a representative of another quieter, slower-paced era...( note the amused laughter when he reveals just how fast he used to go in his Merc...which the assembled reporters mocked by their thoughtless laughter...) ...the profound take-away, of course is the legendary Mercedes reliability..and that if given minimal routine care, cars like the fintails can run forever; and be considered family heirlooms...passed from the elders to their sons and daughters ( oh, yes, there ARE many women who are very "car savvy"...here Stateside, we call them "car gals"...) ...thanks to the crew for this kind and heartfelt tribute...may we see more, please?
