We used to play fightclub.
Three players, one camps the top platform while the other two fight. The player waiting can't hit the others and vise versa.
The moment a player hits the blastzone the top platform player tags in and the respawning player now has to wait.
Last one alive wins.

Love this wacky 2v1 stuff, esp. double DK bair. Maybe some Giant or Tiny Melee content? although I don't know if that's possible with Slippi.
