- Our UK tour between the 19th of April and the 5th of May 2022 was one of the highlights of the bands life! Here we have a look behind the scenes at what was involved (for better or worse) in the bands time on tour. Thanks very much to Mike Dennis (check him out below) who opened for us throughout all the shows and all the amazing venue staff and crew who made it possible. Infinite thanks to all who came out to see us and we hope to see you at the next ones.

I was at the Newcastle gig. I'd forgotten how good live music can be. Thanks guys, it was an amazing night. A special thank you to Andy for humouring me by watching a video of my son singing Beer Is Great
Lovely to see Abbie, Caz, Rich & Antonio featured in this too. Fantastic performance at the 02 in Bristol. So proud of you all, & thank you for the VIP tickets.:😍🤩 Parents privileges😁😃
Seeing you guys in London was my first gig, and my what a gig it was! The personality, the songs, everything was amazing! Even the merch was worth it, although my wallet may never recover ;)
More than glad to see that the UK leg of the tour went as well as the US part! Love you, lads
Much love!!
From one of the pirates in Cambridge, thanks for an absolutely outstanding show!
It was our pleasure! Thanks for helping make it so special
I was at Newcastle! We went all the way down from Edinburgh because it was sold out, and it was amazing! Shoutout to Robbie for coming in the crowd before the concert and complimenting my hat! (I was in a pirate outfit with a tricorn hat, shirt and a leather vest) super stocked to have met you guys!
Can't wait to see you live again!
Thanks so much for making the trip! Hope to see you again soon
I was stood behind you! Quality outfit!

Our pleasure, thanks for making it so wonderful
Newcastle was as great as Dublin!! Can't wait to see you lot live again!
Was amazing to see you at the Portland Arms in Cambridge! We were some of the people singing most of the set list before you came out, as well as some harmonies in “Wayfaring Stranger”. Awesome night! Thank you all!
Hooray!!
It was great singing along in the crowd with you guys in Cambridge - in harmony too, Mr Marshyman.
This is so cool! Id hope to see you guys one day
Hope so too :)
Had a brilliant time seeing you perform! Looking forward to the next London date, whenever that may be 😊

Definitely nailed the O2 academy Bristol.... Amazing gig! Hope to see you there again.
That was such a special night, thank you for coming
Saw you in Exeter, had an absolutely great time!
So good that straight after I went home I made a playlist from memory to try to recreate it, in fact.
Amazing, glad to see you there
WOO fun behind the scenes video! Might as well use this opportunity to pester to when you're coming to Australia!
Ha, sooooon
I was supposed to see you at the Thekla, but seeing you at the O2 was an amazing way to bring in the exam season, cheers!
Saw you in Edinburgh, was lucky to get a spot right near the front! Absolutely splendid! Glad you had such an awesome tour, hope to see you all again soon!
Ah wonderful, thank you for coming!
Ahhh. I really wanted to go to the pub with the magic potion drinks as well while I was in Edinburgh, but ended up not having the time (aaaand it was a teensy bit pricey). But the whole trip was to see TLJ and was well worth it. :)
I hope yall come to Tampa one day, we have a strong pirate and sailor culture and it would be an honor to have yall play here
Would love to
Was at the London gig. It was heaving in the mosh pit. Great gig.
That was such a special night, thank you!
Sing Northwest Passage!
Twas great to sea you in Bristol. Amazing to be surrounded by so many people who love a good shanty!
DAVE HAS RECLAIMED HIS STICK FROM THE "OAK AND ASH AND THORN" VIDEO
But he seemed to lose it....
meaning of life is 42 but i suppose going to the moon is an adequate runner-up 😄
That’s a much better answer! Curses
I love that JD has a OneWheel, can't wait to be able to catch a gig
Hope to see you there soon :)
I was lucky enough to be at both Bristol and Exeter gigs and you were just amazing and the audience too! Although my preference was for Exeter because the bar there sold Devon red cider which is pretty adequate as cider goes!
Edit...
Is it possible to get the playlist you play before gigs it's becoming kinda nostalgic:)
Any plans to come to Aus? Would be a lot of fun to see you live :)
We absolutely do and have things in the works :)
ever gonna cover any tanglefoot songs? they are all bangers
It would be very adequate if you came to New Zealand
I agree, so we shall
I love to see you in concert, would you ever consider playing in the USA. Imperticular New England
We toured the US earlier this year and are coming back towards the end of this one! Tickets on sale real soon
Ngl I thought the title said behind the scones for a sec

The meaning of life is: an entity that reacts, adapts, procreates, and chemically breaks down matter for energy within and because of its environment.
Idk why everyone is always so uninformed about this. 🤔🙃

Has anyone mentioned a live video from the tour yet? I mentioned it once but I think I got away with it.
As in a stream? Might be possible, but reliable internet is a struggle travelling and times are usually busy at the venue
@@thelongestjohns similar to the Shrewsbury Folk Festival ones perhaps.they work well and are a good record of material being toured.
I noticed in this video your bassist has an accent. Where is he from?
He’s Italian :)
@@thelongestjohns I thought that could've been it but I'm horrible with accents so I wanted to check. Thanks for the reply!
wow there was some beautiful venues on this tour, makes the birmingham venue look shite. Big up Caz for giving my son a set list though!!!
Always big up for Caz :) and thank you for coming
check out darkside rp in atlas people love singing on there
I was meant to see them until the venue changed from 14 to 16+ :(
Oh no, I’m so sorry! We’ve spoken to our agents about this and hoping to have more younger audience venues in future
Can someone please send any sea shnaty playlist to me in the replies, because for some reason RUclips completely removed any form of playlists in my search results. (like why lmao)
Ah yes, good old Nottingham where you get quacked off stage 🦆
