The first Angel is the only one worth getting since the other two used different girls in the lead.
Instead they should have paid more to the original Angel because she was by far the best.
However you know, some studio lunkhead wanted to brag that he saved a few bucks,
but was very wrong to do so, as usually happens.
Preordered Navy Seals, China Obrien 1&2. Also preordered the Mystery Titles- Invasion U.S.A. and Satan's Black Wedding (selling because I don't do regular Bluray.) Also preordered Lifeline. Picked up Mother's Day, The Werewolf vs. Vampire Woman, East End Hustle, Bloodsucking Freaks, and Thriller during the sale.
I just finished Navy Seals a few minutes ago. Great transfer. The film hold up too!
I really enjoyed The Caller. Heavily dialogue driven and single location story mostly. Suspense mystery with a twist.
I should get my Navy Seals in a couple of days. The Clerks quote never gets old 😂

Nice! We bought very similar titles. I ordered 18 titles so just waiting for it to land on my doorstep in the UK. Navy Seals I can’t wait for but also The Prophecy collection and Angel films
My haul from Vinegar Syndrome's Halfway to Black Friday sale came last week, I got Navy Seals 4K, China O'Brien 1&2 4K, Undeclared War, Red Sun Rising, Whatever it Takes and Resurrection. Excited to dive into these, only Navy Seals have I seen before
Some good titles there for sure. I went a bit crazy, including the China O'Brien set that shipped with my order, I have 21 movies arriving in a few days. Invasion USA, Ticks, Madman, Sweet Sugar, Evil Judgment, Rush Week, just to name a few.
Honestly will never buy 80% of the Vinegar Syndrome movies because most of the are Dollar Tree quality movies in a pretty package to charge us 30 to 50 times the price over Dollar Tree prices.
I used to say the exact same thing, then they started putting out legitimate films and I was hooked.
Pandemonium is a fun one. I need to rewatch it.

I recently bought a bunch of packaging only listings on eBay which included all the original VSU stuff of Showgirls, Road House and Beastmaster as well as the slip box for Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. So I waited for the sale and bought all of the 4ks in this sale to complete the sets. Still waiting on everything to ship out though 🤨
Just got Navy Seals with a beautiful package. Believe it or not I’ve never seen the movie. Vineyard Sydndrome has the most beautiful packaging in the business!!

Still waiting for my order to ship. Hopefully I’ll get the notification this week, but probably next week or even the week after; a month is the typical time it takes for me (non-subscriber) to get a shipment notification from VS for their sales, but Ken getting his package this soon gives me hope that I’ll get mine sooner rather than later

Agreed man. Order still says unfulfilled. Now they are doing their partner releases. V. S dropped the ball on this shipment. Never going to order again. Subscribers shouldn't get theirs first. Thats racist!!! Lol.
The entire month was worth it just for Hauntedween LOL!
Night Screams is cool and the "Director's Cut" has some filler scenes from Graduation Day.
Hauntedween is heavily underrated. Even deep dive slasher fans don't bring it up.
I almost got Pale Blood; from what I’ve read about it, it looked pretty interesting. I’ll be interested to hear your thoughts on it

I was lucky enough to have ordered Navy Seals early enough to get the awesome packaging and I also ordered Invasion U.S.A. Can never go wrong when you can get Chuck Norris in 4K
The Caller is super cool and very unique, but be careful of spoilers. Angel is great and super underrated, it's gritty but with a big heart. Pandemonium on the other hand is an acquired taste; I didn't care for it.
I ordered Invasion U.S.A., Freeway, Miami Connection, and Raw Force. My package probably won't arrive until Invasion U.S.A. drops.

I've realized that the bigger your collection get the less time you have to enjoy watching them...
So now I got more picky about what I added to my collection...
It's is important to have all the boxes ✔️ but bottom line if the movie SUCKS!!! the Dolby Atmos & Dolby Vision doesn't matter...
So I'm strictly a movie collector of great movies... 🎬

Kenneth! YOU NEED TO GET CRAZY FAT ETHEL! You also really should've picked up Avenging Angel and Angel III in the sale. If you don't already have Deadly Games: Dial Code Santa Claus, be sure to add it to your list and pick it up before Christmas. I think you'll dig it. You got some good pickups here. I'm nostalgic for Navy SEALS because I used to watch it with my brother growing up. The VSU line is so random. Navy SEALS wasn't a big box office hit, but it was a big rental, I think, so I'd have really preferred some retro VHS packaging and have it as a 4K VSA. While I love Six-String personally, and I'm happy with my VSU of it, I think it'd have fit the VSA line better, too. The Amityville Horror and maybe Freeway or something else should've gotten the VSU treatment instead.
Navy Seals is decent, better than most Kevin Smith films for sure lol. I picked that one up too and

Bro, these two titles aren’t from Vinegar, but I just got Ronin and Hard Target from Kino Lorber this week since they were on sale. I was holding out waiting for them and they finally dropped in price! Now I’m up to four Kino titles: those two, Face/Off and The Last Castle.

I have a question. I’m not sure if you watch the Mission impossible series? There is a DVD series you get mission impossible 6 DVD 4K. Now, would you spend the money for the six movie set or do you think there will be another set with the two that are out now?

This is the most I’ve ordered from VS at one time, and the most slipcovers I’ve gotten, most of the time I prefer to save a little money and get the standard editions, but these were nice and the going-out-of-print ones were really cheap
No Invasion USA?😂 It's Chuck freakin Norris in his best movie. Navy Seals is like an R-rated Top Gun and it's got some decent action and humor to it. The Goofiest part is the Golf Scene.
Waiting on my Invasion USA arriving. For the last 14 years my nickname by one guy at work (and a few more now) is Chuck. That's what I get for telling him I love Chuck Norris films 😂

Angel. 😂 Those movies are awful but I love them. If you grew up in the '80s every video store had a standup for Angel/Angel 2 making you want to rent them.
I can watch one crappy movie once in a while, but eight crappy movies? That’s asking a lot.

I watched Dangerous Game (1993) last night oooof it was bad wow. Madonna was great as well as Harvey Keitel but it is now my least favorite release of this line. A movie about making a movie. Focus is mostly on the director who is making the movie. Madonna was excellent. First time watch and it was a slow dull burn.
Not sure what the point was other than the director character Harvey Keitel dealing with infidelity and his struggles making a movie. The least interesting part of this movie was the fake movie within the movie.

Ken you should change your name to blockbuster ken bc you buy just about everything under the sun. And navy seals is not worth buying at any price. Bc navy seals is nothing but a cheap knock off of the good action movies. And dangerous game already has a good bluray releaes. That has two cuts of the movie on the bluray thats already out so no need to buy it again. And you should have gotten the bluray release of tom savini the ripper. And the caller is a pretty good & night scream is pretty good too
