Great deadline but it doesn’t matter bc the Jet’s #1 problem is self-inflicted & that is the HC constant habit of putting lines in a blender. Inconsistency kills.

Not that Monahan wasn't also but ill take Midlestadt any frikin day. Should be a fun playoffs though-odds are we will play you guys round 1-though not close to certain.I like our roster now significantly more than yours.But you have the ultimate X factor-the best goalie in the NHL-my opinion.
@@LockedOnJetsNHL tell ya though-with what Vegas just did-finishing 1st in the Central might be worse.I expect Vegas will end up top 3-then them,Edmonton,& Vancouver will have a couple bloodbaths-1st 2 rounds.But there's a chance Vegas is WC-I think they might be there now...that'd be a terrible "reward" to have to play 7 seed like them. But in the end-there are no easy matchups in the nhl playoffs.This isn't the nba where there are a few teams that'll get in that litterally have no chance-at least in the east,cuz the west is so deep in the nba this year. In the nhl-if you get in-you have a punchers shot-see Florida last yr,Montreal in 2021,or a bunch of other examples we could list. I of course want my team to do well-but I also work at the arena here in Denver-so my job length depends on the Avs,&/or Nuggets making deep runs.So I don't have to get a 2nd job til late May or June-instead of late April-lol. We still work in summer with concerts,& stuff but once they both are done-my full time job ends for the summer,& turns into part time. But at least we have the Nuggets-if the Avs go out early-like last yr...or the reverse of 2022-when the Nugs lost round 1 with Murray,& MPJ out-but the Avs won the Cup. It'd be nice if this spring both could at least make WCFs-lol. It'd mean we'd be insanely busy-but I still dream of both making the Finals simultaneously.It might kill us employees-as having just 1 team in the Finals meant we were insanely,crazy busy-let alone both I cant even imagine.But I'm certainly willing to work 80-90 hrs a week if we can pull that off-lol.But great show-you do a great job,& we might just see you guys somewhere in the playoffs. Should be a lot of fun,& great hockey if it happens. I respect the hell out of the Jets,& your awesome,& extremely knowledgeable fan base.I just had to give you crap-but take care. Id say I wish you good luck-but It'd be disengenuous-to a division rival we are trying to catch-lol. But I don't dislike the Jets or their fans-even remotely like I hate Dallas,Minny,& Vegas & their fans.If it can't be us in the west-id rather it be you guys,Edmonton or Vancouver-even though I'm an American-lol.
Jets needed DEFENSE! That along with solid goaltending is what wins in the playoffs. A washed up Miller is not the answer. Looks like the Jets are counting on offense to get them through.
Not sure where you’re from but you obviously haven’t watched a lot of Jets games. Jets have the best defense in the NHL. Scoring has been the Achilles Heel.

Defence has played very well this season. Miller is a good pickup
